Exceed is good for companies who do not have capacity to follow-up and qualify all their leads. Exceed automates the initial outreach and engagement, identifies when a lead is ready to talk to a human and quill qualify it before scheduling the meeting on their reps calendar.We love their meeting scheduler assistant and the fact they support website chat and email.

I do a lot of cold email marketing and it is nice not having to worry about negative and not interested responses. I can focus solely on those people who want what I am selling.

I've also had a lot of success in using it to reach out to past prospects who were on the fence and reactivating them. The types of outreach you can do is pretty amazing.

There's not much I dislike as of now. There's been a few annoying bugs here and there but they are fixed as soon as I reach out to support. One issue that I ran into is that when you are setting up qualification questions if you mess up, you can undo it and need support. I appreciate the ease of use that Exceed brings to my workday. The system is very user friendly and from past experience with ai's, this one takes the cake.
