**What do you like best about Exceed.ai?**

Exceed has been tremendously helpful in our work. It's easily automated with our CRM, has a good interface and provides full data that we need for evaluating results.

While we were generating a good number of leads, we were struggling to move them down the funnel quickly enough (even with a solid marketing automation platform like Hubspot.) At the same time, SDRs were wasting a lot of time trying to get replies from prospects and schedule demo calls. We wanted our SDR team to focus on the most value generating activities and avoid repetitive manual tasks.

Exceed started generating strong results almost immediately. We were able to convert a lot more leads into SQLs and create several Opportunities in a short period of time.

**What do you dislike about Exceed.ai?**

There are some minor technical issues that we have to be careful about, mostly to do with lead status integration between Exceed and Hubspot. It's all manageable though, and Exceed has a great customer success team, which supports us along the way.

**What problems is Exceed.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had issues with contacting prospects in a systematic manner. Exceed allowed us to have long sequences for each prospect category.

**What do you like best about Exceed.ai?**

I appreciate the support from the team at Exceed.AI. My customer success contact, Hadas, reviews my account and performance bi-weekly to make sure that I am getting the best use of their product. Unlike most technology vendors, this is not a "sign the agreement and you're on your own" type of arrangement. My business relies heavily on customer engagement and I tend to hold our partners to the same degree of excellence that we exhibit. Exceed.AI has more than surpassed my expectations.

**What do you dislike about Exceed.ai?**

I would like to see more native integrations, however my company uses more proprietary and smaller technologies that it likely doesn't make sense to natively have integrations for. There is always a solution, though.

**Recommendations to others considering Exceed.ai:**

This solution works as promised, and the customer support is exceptional.

**What problems is Exceed.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to further extend our follow up reach and frequency with potential customers we may have otherwise missed. I have realized the benefit to having a "safety net" for our CRM. This allows us to improve our customer engagement in a way we were unable to without this technology.

The ability to edit outgoing messages.  The ease of setting up new AI conversations. The price.

Sometimes a lack of error messages.  i.e. if we set up a new conversation and make an error, it just doesn't work rather than tell us why.

**Recommendations to others considering Exceed.ai:**

If you're coming from a similar product then you'll see the flexibility of this system outpaces everything else.  If you're considering using AI in replacement of traditional marketing then the benefits will amaze you.

Inbound lead qualification, Lost lead qualification, Outbound prospecting.  The email open rates and level of response are exponentially higher than traditional marketing methods.

Exceed is excellent at augmenting the work that real sales people do to book qualifying meetings with an AI platform that just works. It helps with a variety of different use cases where repetitive work is required to get a prospect to a meeting with a sales person and the sales team loves it when a meeting from Exceed shows up on their calendar.

The AI was a little unsettling at first but once we became accustomed to it we started referring to virtual assistants as real people.

Exceed is a good product and the Exceed team is a pleasure to do business with, they really want their customers to be successful with the product.

We are using Exceed for recycling and remarketing leads as well as cold sales. The benefit is more pipeline being generated with little effort on behalf of our business development team. The pipeline is 100% incremental and Exceed is easily paying for itself.

**What do you like best about Exceed.ai?**

Though the Exceed platform you have a group of virtual SDRs that operate at scale across all timezones, personalizing the outreach as they go. The platform's artificial intelligence and machine learning does the heavy lifting of the lead generation and lead qualification processes, leaving the human SDRs to focus on low touch / high-value activities.

Outside of the platform, Exceed's customer service is out of this world, a true 'white-glove'  experience led by Hadas and her colleagues, from initial onboarding to regular weekly / bi-weekly catch-ups nothing was too much trouble.  As with the virtual SDRs the Exceed CSM team was always on hand whenever we needed them.

**What do you dislike about Exceed.ai?**

Adding a PDF to a message has a size restriction of 500mb, Use you can add a URL pointing to a document but sometimes you just want to add a document and 500mb can be a little restrictive.  Outside of that... I wouldn't change Exceed for the World!

**Recommendations to others considering Exceed.ai:**

Think through the data you are adding to the platform, all of which can be used to assist with segmentation and personalization.  Rubbish in / Rubbish out.

**What problems is Exceed.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our use of Exceed is to undertake cold outreach to net new leads.  All leads are within our target audience but aren't necessarily know to us.  We have run a program of outreach sequences to assess the virtual SDRs' capabilities to engage versus that of our actual SDRs.  Given the virtual SDRs capabilities to process and manage volume. the virtual SDRs constantly met or outperformed the actual SDR.

So much so that we have modified our entire outreach strategy, leaving the virtual SDRs to perform the mass tasks, with the physical SDRs focused on small net fishing tactics.

Obviously exceed is a fantastic tech tool, but I think the thing that has been most remarkable is how supportive and hands-on they've been when it comes to supporting our success with the tool. I really appreciate how active they've been in making sure that we're getting the most of the tool!

It would be great if we could use their calendar/meeting scheduler outside the system, but it still works well for our purposes.

Be sure that you have the time and energy to devote to creating your email campaigns upfront. After that first heavy lift, things go really smoothly, and you'll be shocked at home many of your emails get a response.

Writing conversational emails is a new skill we needed to develop, but the team has been great by providing us with templates and feedback.

I dislike spending money on software in general since this is a new space, It's not the easiest to set up you need to have some experience with inbound lead follow up.

Make sure you are generating enough inbound leads to make sure to come on.

Mainly for our customers that have amounts of inbound leads that need to be followed up with. We noticed a 15% increase in MQL - SQL conversation for accounts we deployed Exceed.ai with.

**What do you like best about Exceed.ai?**

The software learns FAST. Our account rep informed us that our Assistant would need a bit of time to learn new answers, but within a few days our Assistant is dutifully deciphering emails and recommending the right answer. Thus far, we've had no issues with AI accuracy. The software is fantastic and simple to use. I picked it up very quickly, and when I got stuck a technical assistant from Exceed was a phone call away. Often, they simply accessed my account to fix my problem without any intervention on my end. 

Better yet, Exceed.ai actually listens. When I proposed an update that would make the system more usable for me, they actually made the update available across their entire network. All it took was one email, and every customer began experiencing the same improved features. Excellent service!

**What do you dislike about Exceed.ai?**

The software is very good, but it does have limitations. It's a bit inflexible - if you're trying to go outside the box, you'll need to get creative. That said, the software does adapt and Exceed's team adapts with it. 

Exceed understands that our usage of Exceed.AI isn't quite their status quo. They've helped us shape the platform in a way that works for us. It's not a perfect solution, but it's by far the best solution.

Look no further. We vetted several AI systems - Exceed.AI is the best. The support, technology, and flexibility is second to none.

**What problems is Exceed.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are faced with a great issue:  Too many leads, not enough confirmed follow-up. Exceed.AI has helped us guarantee that every lead, from every source, is contacted and thoroughly followed up with after any lead-generating event. 

This isn't a replacement for human intervention, but it certainly helps to track when leads are being contacted. It's putting our team on a whole new level of efficiency.

Hadas and the rest of the team are always so quick to respond to any question or need we may have! They always keep us updated on changes or improvements made in the software. What I love most is Exceed is so EASY to use.

The CSVs are time-consuming, but that is really something unavoidable on our end and have nothing to do with Exceed essentially.

It has given us the ability to reach thousands of prospects across the U.S. without having to hit the phones all day. We have closed many accounts, including several large ones!

Sometimes the usability is clumsy. I have had to work around some of the responses but I am making progres.

**What do you like best about Exceed.ai?**

I like that they are constantly working on improving their system based on customer feedback. Since using Exceed we've been able to significantly increase our website conversion rate, which has led to savings in marketing ad spend. Exceed has been able to pay for itself.

**What do you dislike about Exceed.ai?**

There are occasional bugs leading to downtime in the service, however they have made up for it by providing an appropriate discount on the related invoice.
Code is on the large side and not fully optimized for fast delivery that slows down the page load time.

**Recommendations to others considering Exceed.ai:**

Exceed's team truly cares about improving the product and customer experience. They are very communicative and provide thorough, frequent and regular support. The software is very customizable, and becoming increasingly more powerful each month they improve the code and release it.

When there are occasional bugs with the software that leads to downtime, Exceed provides compensation via a discount on the related invoice which is excellent customer service and practice.

We've reviewed several AI and chat related SAAS solutions, and Exceed is the only one with its level of customization and integration (especially for Zoho CRM). Although more expensive than competitors, it has more than paid for itself by generating a record number of pre-qualified leads for our sales team and we foresee a long-term relationship with Exceed.

We are solving the issue of website lead conversion and prequalification, which has lead to the benefit of a record number of prequalified leads for the sales reps.

**What do you like best about Exceed.ai?**

I like that we are able to contact leads and pre-qualify them WITHOUT using an actual sales rep. The leads only get routed to a live rep after Exceed makes a certain number of interactions with the prospect, and it's likely that the prospect is interested in having a conversation with a rep. 

**What do you dislike about Exceed.ai?**

I dislike that in order to scale, you kind of need a FT person managing Exceed. Imagine that you have thousands of leads being contacted per week - not every lead is going to give a crystal clear yes or no answer - so obscure responses from leads need to be interpreted by a human. You can set "answers" in advance to try and mitigate this, but ultimately to be successful you will need a FT resource to manage Exceed.

Make sure you have great email templates ready to go before using Exceed - this will make things a lot easier.

**What do you like best about Exceed.ai?**

Exceed.ai has a very measurable ROI and after 2-3 month it was clear it is here to stay. I liked that the product was so easy to use as well as the fact that it automated a lot of the manual error prone tasks that our team was doing on a daily basis to try and manage my leads. Exceed.ai’s virtual sales assistant was able to touch all the leads that I were not getting worked and following up with, as well as qualifying the ones that were ready to chat to me. I also really benefited from the meeting scheduler which is embedded in the system and sets up meetings with leads directly through an email.  


**What do you dislike about Exceed.ai?**

The pricing scheme based around the number of leads does not lend itself well to our business model. I must admit the team at exceed made the economics work for us after we explained to them why we need to think of the pricing differently.

**Recommendations to others considering Exceed.ai:**

While we were a little skeptic when we started,  it is worth trying. Ask for the 3 month proof of concept. It is a great way to try the product and see the value for yourself. Not every business is the same but for us it works like a charm.

**What problems is Exceed.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WE get lots of leads, free signup and inbound inquiries Exceed allowed us to touch and follow up with all my leads even the leads we with low priority. They were able to generated 30% more qualified meeting which were scheduled directly on our reps calendar.

Reducing the cost of hiring and training more sales development reps. We were about to hire an SDR and decided to give Exceed a try. We decided we can continue without an SDR for the time being.

**What do you like best about Exceed.ai?**

I liked how it allowed me to properly engage leads which had fallen off or were dormant in our CRM. Exceed gave me the freedom to work on my existing pipeline while running many different targeted sequences in the background.

**What do you dislike about Exceed.ai?**

Initially, it was quite a bit different to understand all the features available as it was different from a previous service of mine. Once I got used to it there was really no looking back.

**Recommendations to others considering Exceed.ai:**

Definitely give it a trial and start off by A|B testing different approaches and you will find one that works.

**What problems is Exceed.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main benefit that Exceed gave me and the team was freeing up time and effort in A|B testing our approach. It was very easy to measure which style or email was driving the engagement and this was used to influence any other outreach as well.

**What do you like best about Exceed.ai?**

Exceed.ai is the employee that is always online. Not only does it respond, nurture and qualify leads in a timely manner, but we were able to touch all the leads we weren’t getting around to engage with. We didn’t have to worry about setting up meetings manually, or leads dropping off when a meeting needed to be scheduled - Exceed.ai’s meeting scheduling feature took care of all that for us. It also answered user questions and was able to learn and optimize when it was unsure of something. Amazing!

**What do you dislike about Exceed.ai?**

It would be nice to see a better reporting breakdown on the follow-up emails sent (I do know this is something that the team is already working on).


**Recommendations to others considering Exceed.ai:**

It really is like having an extra sales person that you don’t have to worry about. It is definitely worth it.

it cuts a lot of the time the sales team is spending on manual follow-up and helps us reduce the amount of unnecessary errors in the process. As mentioned above, we have also been able to engage leads that would have sat collecting dust otherwise.

We searched for several bot solutions but only Exceed gave us the flexibility we needed by allowing us an API integration. Their customer success ethos is the best we've experienced. They really work closely with you to make sure their product is helping you achieve your business goals.

Probably just that I'm not an expert user.

If you need a cost-effective AI sales operations solution, with API access, you have to take a look at these guys.

Our application generates lots of enquiries on first contact. We would need a full team just for handling queries which was simply not practical or economic for a start-up.

**What do you like best about Exceed.ai?**

Exceed.ai allowed us to touch double the number of leads than we usually would have in a month. The system was able to answer questions, respond to objections and handover leads to the sales rep once it had been qualified - without a sales rep getting involved! One of my best features is the meeting scheduler that sets up meetings with leads directly through the email which removes the manual back and forth. 

**What do you dislike about Exceed.ai?**

I wish there were more reporting metrics that we could see from the user side.

Consider the amount of leads that you would like Exceed.ai to handle for you. We found our results were better when a bigger batch of leads were used.

**What do you like best about Exceed.ai?**

We have been able to engage with our leads and see a conversion rate of qualified meetings with reps equal to that of meetings set up by our human reps. I know I can rely on the system to understand a user’s intent, objection or question; and answer correctly. The meeting scheduler has saved me a lot of time and energy by setting up meetings automatically with leads directly through the email. 

Also, the team has proved to be very responsive and helpful.


**What do you dislike about Exceed.ai?**

Nothing as of yet. I've been using it for a while and it's been really great. I'm sure there are some features that I will ask for in future, but they are adding so much all the time anyway.

Make sure to think of content and different scenarios ("Tree of options") in advance

When connecting to other platforms (e.g. Hubspot) make sure that you define the rules of lead assignment prior to go-live.

BD outreach is a big focus for us - the tool helps us do that more efficiently and on a larger scale.
