What do you dislike about Exceed.ai? Our work team's primary and only problem was the perception of a virtual actor working with potential users; it took us some time to get used to it. However, its function is exceptional once adapted to the system and its perception. Our company has achieved positive customer flow, and we owe it all to Exceed as it gets smarter every day and our representative effort is reduced, which I think is lovely.
