The learning curve of search intent and technical bugs in the deep profile feature are issues for me. Sometimes there's buggy behavior while searching deep profiles, like when a link doesn't open or a data field fails. The initial setup was also a bit tough, not very smooth. The use of the Ai in the identification of prospect clients has been beneficial in my outbound marketing. It brings up leads that are very much relevant, they are just exactly the kind of customers that we want to deal with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It remains rather weak at selectively marketing to very specific subsectors of an industry. My company is focused on a particular subsegment of an industry, and occasionally, ExactBuyer’s AI leaks out of this narrow focus area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have been using ExactBuyer at Gorgias for about a year now.

Our SDRs are loving it. Rocket Reach and apollo had gaps in data especially around verified emails and phone numbers. We ran a test against ExactBuyer and it outperformed them both in terms of data accuracy.

Secondly the pricing was actually cheaper it was a no brainer.

Our demand gen team also uses data from exact buyer and we send 60K emails per week and keep bounce rate less than 1% and would not be able to maintain those standards without accurate data and verified emails. The fact that they verify emails is super helpful so we don't have to run it through a separate verification service.

I love that the app is really fast and gives a good bird ' s-eye view of how much the account really matches with your search. The way they display the AI-generated list is also great, much better than Apollo in that aspect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is not rare that you click a link to see the employee's details and it won't open up or display any information. While it gives a great account overview, I found that sometimes it could do a better job on showing the person's profile in a not-so-buggy way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks to this unique solution that our business has recorded an increase in customer base as well as profits. From where I sit my main role is to onboard as many customers and ExactBuyer has been such a friend in doing soo. With it Iam able to gain accurate insights on our userbase in a streamlined manner. It is also easier to identify and reach out to prospect customers and weigh whether or not they are our target customer. This has made prospecting, creating leads and closing deal soo simplified. If this is not what we refer as value for money then I don't know what else is since the price of acquisition was quite reasonable and it's interface is user-friendly hence anyone in the office can use it with soo much ease. My experience with it is so far positive. I haven't encountered any problem in using it except for the first few days of implementation, though the support team was of soo much help. This tool has made me a lot of money. One of my favorite features is the keyword filters and the technographical data. I target very specific types of prospects, and this is a fantastic way to identify those companies and prospects.

I've used a number of other platforms, I continue to use ExactBuyer because of how niche I can get with the data (by combining keyword searches along with a number of other filters), which speeds up the workflows and makes reaching out to prospects much more relevant.

When we first started with Exact Buyer, there were a few things that needed changing on the enrichment reports. However, after speaking with their team, they were able to take our comments and change the reports to show the data in more meaningful ways for us.
