**What do you like best about Eworks Manager?**

For our business, Eworks Manager is something we have found useful while working as a field service manager for an HVAC company. This covers job scheduling for employees, management of quotes, invoices, and customers’ details to mention but a few.

**What do you dislike about Eworks Manager?**

It is inconvenient to assign tasks and to access the details of performed jobs, which slows down the work of our field technicians.  Making the mobile application more user friendly will enhance the experience of our mobile employees greatly.

**What problems is Eworks Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eworks Manager replaces many different systems that are not integrated with one another by effectively becoming the central software for our entire field service.  It organizes scheduling, jobs, and communications since it helps us be more effective and satisfy our customers.
