The syncing from Outlook is very good, the email and sequencing was terrrible in spring 2023. Very confusing and difficult to use.

What do you like best about eWay-CRM?

We had been using Microsoft's BCM product as our CRM platform for 13 years when Microsoft pulled the plug on it and we had to move to another platform. eWay-CRM came to the rescue and was able to migrate all our existing client contact records into their platform and we've been using eWay for 3 years now. The transition was very smooth and the learning curve was minimal, so the experience wwas very positive.

The integration with Outlook and Microsoft 365 is seamless and makes using the product on a desktop or mobile device a breeze. eWay-CRM handles all of our use cases and more!

The sales team uses eWay-CRM on a daily basis and the customer support is very responsive and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eWay-CRM?

There's no option to save Sent emails without the attachments, which means we have to go through an extra step of removing the attachments (using a 3rd party tool) and then saving them into eWay-CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is eWay-CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

eWay-CRM allows us to keep track of all interactions with clients and have visibilty at both the contact level and the parent companies / agencies that those contacts belong to. What do you like best about eWay-CRM?

eWay online has been my n.1 tool for some time now and with the latest AI features it really helped me save time cerating new tasks or orgnanize my email communication. The flexbility is still a big advanteg - I can access the database from any device. I use the Kanban view a lot - organizing my open projects and tasks. I have also started to use marketing module and it looks good. So I'm very satisfied with eWay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eWay-CRM?

On the mobile the recrods sometimes load slowly when scrolling down. Other than that it works great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about eWay-CRM?

We've recently switched to eWay from Dynamics CRM. So far as a new user i find it extremely simple to utilize basic functions with little training, also--solid integration with Outlook and Excel Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eWay-CRM?

As an Outlook add-on, it tremendously slows down Outlook's booting up process.

We migrated to eWay after two previous CRM products that we found didn't work well with our needs. eWay is great in that all of our users with varying expertise levels can easily search, edit, and download based on their own individual needs. Regularly causes Outlook to disable the eWay plugin because of how it slows it down. I often have to restart my computer just to get both eWay and Outlook up and running again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about eWay-CRM?

Eway has become a really great and reliable tool for me. Integration with Outlook still runs smoothly. My project pipeline is organized, automated, and easy to work with.
