We had been using Microsoft's BCM product as our CRM platform for 13 years when Microsoft pulled the plug on it and we had to move to another platform. eWay-CRM came to the rescue and was able to migrate all our existing client contact records into their platform and we've been using eWay for 3 years now. The transition was very smooth and the learning curve was minimal, so the experience wwas very positive.
The integration with Outlook and Microsoft 365 is seamless and makes using the product on a desktop or mobile device a breeze. eWay-CRM handles all of our use cases and more!

There's no option to save Sent emails without the attachments, which means we have to go through an extra step of removing the attachments (using a 3rd party tool) and then saving them into eWay-CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
eWay online has been my n.1 tool for some time now and with the latest AI features it really helped me save time cerating new tasks or orgnanize my email communication. The flexbility is still a big advanteg - I can access the database from any device. I use the Kanban view a lot - organizing my open projects and tasks. We've recently switched to eWay from Dynamics CRM. So far as a new user i find it extremely simple to utilize basic functions with little training, also--solid integration with Outlook and Excel Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As an Outlook add-on, it tremendously slows down Outlook's booting up process.

Eway has become a really great and reliable tool for me. Integration with Outlook still runs smoothly. My project pipeline is organized, automated, and easy to work with.
