What do you like best about Evolve?

For example, If your business is a Pest Control Company, I think it could be easy to install and also easy to learn for all employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Evolve?

eVolve had its positives and it's negatives. I did like all of the options that it offered for you to see on your home page and the pop-ups Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Evolve?

It got confusing. There are actually so many options on the pop-ups that you have to make the pop-up bigger so that you can scroll all the way through all the options. The writing also seems small. I'm not sure if that's something I could change or not. I also feel as though I need to be using eVolve in addition to other programs to be effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Evolve:

It could go either way, really. I started using Evolve when I was first hired by my current company. We have since switched to a different program. I am not entirely sure why we made the change, but I do prefer the new program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We used eVolve for billing services for our residents. Staff could go on and write about how they supported the resident with certain tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of entering progress notes on clients. I like the fact that I am able to not only enter information on clients but also look up information such as demographics on my clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I recommend that others using Evolve become familiar with the various ways the system can be utilized. It is important to know the ends and outs of the systems.
