**What do you like best about XTIUM Unified Communications as a Service?**

Easy connect, no lack. So very useful for business especially Direct & Group Chat, Presence Status, Multi-party Audio & Video Conferencing, Video Conference Room Integration,Visual Voicemail Management.

The hardware should be more powerful like Cisco. Others provide good hardware and updated similarly.

**What do you like best about XTIUM Unified Communications as a Service?**

Evolve has been able to handle anything we've thrown at them.  As our company has expanded internationally, Evolve was willing to work with us and support our needs in other countries allowing us to remain on a unified platform, no matter the geographic region in which our colleagues work.  Implementation tems are solid and Evolve's Project Managers are helpful in keeping everyone in the loop.

Beyond that, over ten years, Evolve has been solid.  Outside of hardware failures, I can only think of a single time where a site went down due to an Evolve issue.  Not sure if many competitors can beat that level of uptime.

Evolve has also changed with the times and offers solutions that have consistently met our needs.  Their support of Microsoft Teams while still using Broadsoft has given us significantly more flexibility than we would have otherwise had if jumping into a Teams only solution.

The Ossmosis administration portal has gotten better over time as well.  Again, like most things...it could be better.  It's relatively easy to  use the more you use it.

**What do you dislike about XTIUM Unified Communications as a Service?**

In the past support had been hit or miss though they've made great strides over the past couple of years (they had some amazing people as well as others who didn't seem to care).  But recently it feels like they've gotten the support house in order and things are going pretty well.

Billing issues have been a pain to get resolved as they take quite a while to get resolved.

I wish there was more functionality around preventing spam callers, which frustrates our user-base.

Reporting is a weak point with our subscription as the reporting options are archaic, at best.

Evolve has enabled our company to treat voice as "just another service".  With the integration of Microsoft Teams and Broadsoft we've been able to leave the clunky desktop phones in the past and move to easier provisioning, instand support of flex seating, and a unified interface that is a natural extension of what colleagues were already using.

The upside is that we don't have to worry about upgrades, hardware etc. Also don't have to deal with carriers

I do not have permissions to do things I used to do on our former in house system, but that is to be expected.

Do not have to maintain hardware platforms, Licensing, upgrading software. No phone circuits to maintain or monitor. Phones die we get others mailed to us. n

We used Evolve IP for several years and have always been very happy with the Customer and NOC Service and Support.  The web administration of the product is very user friendly.  Would definitely work with them again in the future.

The only issues we ever had was with the phone app, but any issues were always resolved quickly.

Evolve IP allowed us to work remotely with ease and not be tied to a physical phone.

We appreciate the flexibility offered by UCaaS to our business. We have various staffing levels and have adopted more flexible work arrangements, which has been made much simpler by our use of UCaaS. Evolve IP has done a great job improving their customer support experience, which enables us to keep our productivity high without interruption.

We have been very happy with our managed service. As a small business the integration was a hurdle for our employees who were used to our legacy systems, but Evolve did a great job of explaining the new features and helping us integrate the service.

Unified Communications solves many problems in allowing us to be connected to our employees and host audio conferences with ease.

Calls coming through the call center sometimes will drop or not go through to agents in queue.

Customer service is very good, if they do not have an answer for you, they will find someone who does.

I believe we were one of their first customers using Teams as a soft phone. As a result we could not leverage any kind of receptionist console. 
Evolve IP has been working on delivering one for some time now. We are still awaiting it's release and hopefully the product will add value.

Mobility and eliminating the need of expensive desk phone hardware.

This integration facilitates a awesome workflow where users can manage calls, messages, and meetings all within the Teams environment.


Unified Messaging:

Users can access voicemail, email, and SMS from a single interface.
The unified messaging system streamlines communication and increases our efficiency.

They allow our employees to comunicate through Microsoft Teams with a VOIP number. This keeps us from needing a hard phone system or having to give employees a second cell phone.

Onboarding was easy and stress-free, the team is friendly and communicative.  Switching from traditional phone service to Teams Phone was easier than expected.

Really don't have anything negative to say, but if I HAD to say something, their web portal for admins could use some updating, it can be tricky to find what you want.

We were able to get rid of our traditional phones and have all work numbers become "portable" so all users could work from anywhere with an internet connection.

Great user experience. All voice activity is delivered through one platform: DID, Call Center, and internal ext-to-ext calling. It is easy to onboard new employees and agents.

It was a bit challenging to get the integration configured and dialed in. Once completed, there was very little downtime.

Evolve made for an easy move from on-prem to cloud voice, and has provided great service and support along the way.

So far we have not found any dislikes with the service.

Evolve IP got us off of our On-Prem Shortel system and brought our voice services into the cloud.  By doing this we were able to have a seamless and secure integration with Teams that we already used for internal communications.  It allowed us to still have phone system options such as auto attendant, voicemail, call routing, and more. We can also access our phones from any device, anywhere, anytime as long as we have the Teams app.

UCAAS is great for scalability, disaster recovery, increasing effciency of the agents, intergrated communication. Its good for customer support as it keeps all the systems updated with latest messages

Need to check the Return on investment while implementing it. It does not help in small setup

What I like best about Evolve IP are all the different products they offer, they seem to have a solution for everything we want to implement. Also using a 3rd party routing company like EvovleIP has been very helpful and reliable.

The SMS feature and Call Center functions don't always work at intended.

The Microsoft teams are really helpful in conducting online classes, even though I heard about taking less data volume too. easy way to share communication with participents

Nothing to say about dislike Microsoft teams - people may require some to try in understand the application. self-learning required more time and efforts to grab it

We are using this for online classes and workshops, conferences and other academic-related activities in the education system . most of the faculty felt comfortable to use

Customer Service was really helpful. When we had issues with either the phone system or reporting, we were able to contact and get items resolved quickly. Sometimes we would be on the phone customer service daily and they would be very helpful and nce.

**What do you dislike about XTIUM Unified Communications as a Service?**

Outdated phone system, outdated softphone system, call recording retention was not great. Most of the call recordings were hard to retrieve, we had to retrieve them from their archived ftp site. The reporting was difficult to use and not great to easily share with external clients. Dashboard was not easy to follow and was not a helpful tool for us. The whole system was just very outdated.

**Recommendations to others considering XTIUM Unified Communications as a Service:**

I would recommend this system if the business just wants a simple phone system. I would not recommend if the business is looking for a call center solution.

We needed a phone system. We needed a hosted solution and Evolve at that time was a great solution because we were virtual call center and office. Softphone was also helpful to add to our business.

It is one of the best upcoming VOIP tools to collaborate with a team working remotely. Group videos are one of the best features, and it's almost as good as some of the best in class tools like Zoom and MS Teams, which promote collaboration.

Intermittent lag and overall slowness with an increasing number of users while having a video call. They should work on their advertisement as not many organizations, especially startups, are familiar with their offerings.

Customer support, solving user issues, information collaboration while delivering training. We are collaborating with students from remote parts of the world to provide trainings in the RPA technologies.

Team collaboration helped our entire team of Redmond Region to come to a common platform and discuss the schedule and new strategies for further growth of the spread of the whole region; team collaboration makes us quickly schedule a meeting with account managers and with different clients to express challenges what we face in the market while recruiting

The limit of the maximum bandwidth is 400 which is very less. And it is very costly. Billing has many issues sometimes it overlooks the amount multiple times. It should have more device selections

What I like best about this software its seamless collaboration & communications, digital workspaces, and contact center – all delivered from a browser on any connected device. It has very minimal downtime or near zero. I have never faced any issue and its very fast in VPN

The community version is good not the best. Premium version, I personally, feel like a bit costly.
