What i like best is the flexibility in configuration and zero upfront cost of ownership. they also have an excellent customer service and their support personnel are very knowledgeable and response time is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about this software its seamless collaboration & communications, digital workspaces, and contact center – all delivered from a browser on any connected device. It has very minimal downtime or near zero. I have never faced any issue and its very fast in VPN Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about XTIUM Unified Communications as a Service?

The community version is good not the best. Premium version, I personally, feel like a bit costly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
