Customer Service was really helpful. When we had issues with either the phone system or reporting, we were able to contact and get items resolved quickly. Sometimes we would be on the phone customer service daily and they would be very helpful and nce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about XTIUM Unified Communications as a Service?

Outdated phone system, outdated softphone system, call recording retention was not great. Most of the call recordings were hard to retrieve, we had to retrieve them from their archived ftp site. The reporting was difficult to use and not great to easily share with external clients. Dashboard was not easy to follow and was not a helpful tool for us. The whole system was just very outdated.
