What do you like best about eviivo suite?

We have been using Eviivo for 5 years now. All the staff is extremely helpful and responsive when any issues arise, and they are quick to solve them. We aren't a huge lodging establishment, but Eviivo makes us feel like a priority and a part of the team anytime help is needed. The Iris Garden Downtown Cottages & Suites in Nashville, Indiana highly recommends Eviivo Suite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about eviivo suite?

I am so pleased with the comprehensive features of Eviivo Suite, such as the ability to integrate with OTA’s, and how they provide great customer service through live chat. I have experienced an improvement in direct bookings, automation of tasks, and overall efficiency. I also, like that my staff is able to access the saftware and have found it to be user friendly. What do you dislike about eviivo suite?

I integrated to eviivo 7 years ago. Initially it was a bit difficult. I've had great experiences since, once overcoming the early hurdles, the software has been quite beneficial and user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about eviivo suite?

eviivo Suite is incredibly user-friendly, especially the mobile app which we can perform most of the day-to-day tasks on very quickly. We were impressed by how quickly we started receiving bookings after completing the onboarding process with the help of their online resource, eviivo University. Easy to use direct bookings, reservation management and guest commuication system. Helpful Mobile App. Block and manage accomodation bookings for Events with ease. What do you like best about eviivo suite?

While pricing seemed attractive they could not deliver leaving me and numerous others without service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eviivo suite?

All of us on Webervations and RexOvations were forced to convert to Eviivo. They closed our booking engines without providing ample support for converting us to the new system leaving numerous and maybe hundreds of lodging sites with no online booking presence. What do you dislike about eviivo suite?

We were using rezovation, when eviivo bought them. They promisedto move all our info to their program and migrate us to their software. Keeping us up to date. So far about three months, and we can't talk to anyone at eviivo. have left messages at their sales number and a few other numbers we managed to find on the internet. Now when we call, their message just says "the mailbox cannot accept messages"...NO WONDER!!! TRY RETURNING A CALL OR TWO. Pretty sure they are stringing us along until we have no other options.. Have left reviews at some other sites and got one reply.."I will have one of my colleagues call you... Wanna Guess?? Still waiting for that colleague to call. After reading the review on TripAdvisor { https://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowTopic-g1-i11064-k8572240-Cancellation_of_Eviivo_booking-World.html } maybe I'm thankful..
