Additionally, I initially believed that many features of the product were customizable, but it turns out that these changes cannot be made at the client level. Customer service is probably the worst I've ever worked with in terms of a b2b company. I dread when things hiccup, which means I'll have to reach out to their CS team. Not my favorite.
