What do you like best about Everlytic?

Ease of use and the ability to reuse template or previous correspondence. Flexibility with custom fields and filters is fantastic Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Everlytic?

The easy of use of the platform to create very personalise user journeys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everlytic?

Some of the ways to set up workflows with customised landing pages are not always in a flowing structure to create; you have to jump from tab to tab on the left, which can be somewhat confusing for a user from a UX perspective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Everlytic solving and how is that benefiting you?

The confirmation email cannot be used a day after it is sent to a client. Everlytic is resolving this issues for us and extending the time for a subscriber to confirm their newsletter subscription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of use, the reliability and the different applications and designs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When cutting and pasting a word document the font and font size can get all mixed up and change from the original. Occasionally the same thing happens when the email is delivered to the recipients which does not look very professional Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Everlytic?

The platform is incredibly versatile and the team does not allow its product to become outdated. They are constantly adding new features which add value to their clients. The service is exceptional. You are never left hanging and their responses are clear and easy to understand. They don't hide behind technical jargon. Great product and great service! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everlytic?

I have been working with this platform for at least 10 years and really can't think of anything that I dislike. When I have had requests for enhancements these have been taken seriously and for the most part added to their next releases. So nothing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
