They are constantly adding new features which add value to their clients. The service is exceptional. You are never left hanging and their responses are clear and easy to understand. When I have had requests for enhancements these have been taken seriously and for the most part added to their next releases. Otherwise, the system defaults to South Africa. They offered us training on the platform, which we still haven't taken them up on. And although we have had some experience with other CRM platforms. With Everlytic we just jumped straight in and started creating. The flexibility and convenience in terms of the built-in design tools and features and the ability to schedule emailer content give me as a user that liberty of some control. Then you go to the reporting dashboard feature which allows you to get some insight on the performance of your emailers in general through user interaction stats. You can then further get an individual report for each emailer, which is more helpful as it assists in strategically planning your emailer content. Then there is the customer service and support service which is equally a great experience as Everlytics has a consumer-centric approach whereby when a consultant is dealing with your query, they always are solution first whereby they have extensive knowledge on the product and always steer the conversation into addressing and solving the problem efficiently reducing the frustration for a customer. The response rate to queries is equally efficient. Not forgetting the access to training opportunities, a good value add. The whole value chain just works and works in the best interest of the consumer and business. **What do you dislike about Everlytic?** At this point and for the duration that I have used the system, I have encountered no problems/challenges that have never been resolved. The experience has been swift and great. **What problems is Everlytic solving and how is that benefiting you?** What is interesting is that I tend to learn new features whenever I have a task I would like to execute and would always get good recommendations from our brand account manager. Currently, Everlytics for our brand is about primarily lead nurturing which leads to lead generation and ultimately acquisition as we align our emailers to other marketing channels where campaigns are running. ### 16. It offers the ability to use images, Gifs and YouTube videos as creative options depending on what the client thinks is best for that newsletter.
