**What do you like best about EVERFI Financial Education?**

I like the ease of use on the achieve platform.

**What do you dislike about EVERFI Financial Education?**

The communication and support we've had has been less than desirable. I wish content would be updated or refreshed more often. We also discussed the opportunity to have our users receive a completion certificate and that has never come to fruition and is now off of the road map.

**What problems is EVERFI Financial Education solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing a financial education benefit to our members and employer partners. Also gives us easy to use information and presentations for teaching financial education in our community.

Everfi provides many different financial education topics.

**What do you dislike about EVERFI Financial Education?**

We wish there were more financial education topics geared toward a younger demographic (more gamified).

**What problems is EVERFI Financial Education solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everfi is giving our members various topics to help them on their financial journey. This allows the credit union to provide free financial education to our members.

**What do you like best about EVERFI Financial Education?**

First, we loved working with Dylan. He was polite, knowledgable, and so helpful. I appreciate that he was patient as well.

**What do you dislike about EVERFI Financial Education?**

Our representative kept changing. That was not helpful

**What problems is EVERFI Financial Education solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a 24/7 component to providing financial literacy and this solved that.
