Had a small amount of trouble getting two bank accounts' direct deposit split properly. The amount you enter when adding the second (fixed amount) account is a monthly amount, not the amount you would like split per paycheck. When in the Pay History, then click on View Details, the natural inclination is to click on Pay History to go back to the entire list of history again. That doesn't work, and it took me a little while to see the small blue "Back" that actually takes me back to the history list. The word "Back" blends into the line below my name on the page, so I didn't see it at first. The platform lacks a lot of essential features that employees normally use on other platforms that require support or the feature doesn't exist at all. Even changing your pin or password requires talking to support. Managing payroll distribution, updating literally anything, and the design of the employee facing views are in poor order.
