I think the service is easy to use and offers great support. It's nice to come across simplicity in software applications. I like that none of my contacts were lost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I paid for the product, and was genuinely interested in using it. I badly needed a fix for some issues I was having with my contacts list. At best, the software was buggy, and it wasn't the solution I needed. I paid anyway, chocking it up to a loss.
Fast forward one year... Without any notification, I get a surprise renewal charge. I understand this happens, and is usually very easy to fix. I contacted Evercontact on the exact day that the charge was debited from my account, requesting my account be cancelled, and a refund. I obviously wasn't trying to game them or anything, I contacted them as quick as I could, and was very polite and professional in my email.
I was SHOCKED when my request was denied, especially in the impersonal manner in which it happened.
Evercontact basically told me I should have known better, and that I should have received an email notification from them about an upcoming renewal, which I didn't. I keep every email I get and couldn't find it.
To this moment, I haven't received anything from Evercontact to let me know that they have any interest in my customer experience whatsoever.

Everything. Never got the product to work and never could get support to respond to multiple requests. I requested a refund nearly a year ago only to learn this week that I was billed again via auto-renew. Upon contacting Evercontact, I was told by their support team that they were able to cancel my account but that they would not be issuing a refund. The ease of use. It's works in the background silently keeping you organized. Updates let you know that the software is fining people you have dealt with in a long time. I find I am always surprised by what contacts get found/synced. Being on Google apps it had me my contacts much cleaner. I can see the business version being an excellent choice for larger companies. The Freemium is a little confusing but service is excellent and all questions were answered. I would like the adoption or more CRM's. We use Streak and MixMax for the easy customization. Evercontact connected would be a great help for our sales automation environment. I would like to know more types of integrations are on their road map. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Analysis of email signatures works really well and is incredibly time saving. Another killer feature, to me, is automatic syncing: really helpful and easy to use.
Compatibility with Google, Outlook and Office 365 lets the user deal with quite a few different options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A few glitches occured, even if my overall experience was mostly smooth.
For personal use I wouldn't recommend going on paid plans, because they may be a bit expensive for a single "home" user (of course, YMMV based on how valuable the service is considered). Firms could well consider them, of course.
