I wish their was a way to create a template for the 'export attendee list'. The .pdf currently there doesn't work for us so I have to export to excel and manually move things around each time - this can be pretty time consuming. A template would make it so much easier! You have issues withPayPal. 1/2 of my paypal users buy using PayPal and Eventzilla puts the ticket on "hold" until I verify it. It should go right through. I'v complained of this before and see no improvement Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eventzilla?

The bugs relating orders. I found several bugs and limitations in the system relating to finding orders and tickets. In particular, I found that the person who ordered the ticket was not listed correctly, another person who was on the order was listed. This caused many problems in trying to issue refunds, for example.

The order search interface needs to be improved, the people who ordered and who will be attending need to be searchable and easily distinguished, but connected to one another (i.e., I can see who ordered for whom). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

setup your event completely to see if it meets your needs. You aren't charged for anything until you start receiving orders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
