**What do you like best about EventMobi?**

We have used the EventMobi mobile app for multiple years for a few events.   We continue to use the app for a variety of reasons.  It delivers a professional end result, allowing us to avoid printed programs, and therefore being more sustainable, as well as giving attendees an interactive platform to not only keep tabs on the event, but to network with fellow attendees and engage with show management.  The app is very user friendly for our team to do the set up.  We build the Agenda, speaker profiles, live polls, sponsor/exhibit profiles and more with only basic training needed.  Additionally, we love the Q&A feature which allows the audience to post their questions for speakers, then upvote (no more running around with a mic!).  Attendees are highly engaged in the app and have reported a positive user experience.

**What do you dislike about EventMobi?**

I really don't have a downside to share.

**What problems is EventMobi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attendee engagement, attendee networking, interactive communition with attendees, real-time announcements to attendees, real time management of agenda changes and notifications, speaker Q&A, live polls and session evaluations -- all in one convenient mobile app.

**What do you like best about EventMobi?**

EventMobi is the kind of app that pays off the most when used over time. Previous event information can be migrated and uploaded to the next event, saving time and effort after an inaugural event. The time saved will allow you to further refine and expand the experience.

**What do you dislike about EventMobi?**

I wish work was saved as I went along, rather than having to hit "save" on every item. It would be easier to have an auto-save and then the ability to easily revert to the pervious iteration if you didn't like your result.

**What problems is EventMobi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Directing large numbers of people at a conference is cumbersome without an app.

The team at EventMobi offered their suite of services to support our needs to present a Cross-Canada Virtual Education session on an important topic in the event and hospitality community. They provided excellent leadership to ensure our session was expertly presented. All elements were created and completed, prepared  and delivered without error or incident. Truly professional and supportive of our needs and community.

All aspects were without fault - so there is nothing I don't like.

I just needed one training session to get familiar with the widgets. Also, the service they provide 27/7 is excellent. The team always answered my questions and helped me in a very short time.

**What do you dislike about EventMobi?**

The design limitations, such as fonts or some widget designs. It would be excellent if, at some point, admins could upload their fonts so the app's look and feel have homogeneity with our event.

To be able to update many participants around the world about the event. The fact that it is easy to have the app on the cellphone facilitates sharing the latest event updates and also that you can give the app the look and feel of your event.

The registration tool was very easy to use and the Account support was fabulous.  The product looks very professional and the backend reporting vital to the success of our program.

Had a few technical difficulties with the slide advancement remotely.  However the Tech glitch was handled quickley and professionally.

The one stop shop for registration, execution and post-event communications.  We are abel to extend the life of our session by storing resources on line.

**What do you like best about EventMobi?**

What I like the most about EventMobi is that it's straightforward! It's an intuitive and eye catchy platform. Once you have created your event, it's easy to navigate for the organizer and participants. Everything is in the same place, which makes the planning easier.

**What do you dislike about EventMobi?**

The only downside for me to using EventMobi it doesn't synchronize with our database, so it doubles the work for me. When I create an event in our database, I need to re-create the same event in EventMobi. Honestly, it's not a downside of EventMobi, but more a downside to our database!

**What problems is EventMobi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EventMobi is easy to use. Every time I need to make an update, it can be done within a minute. It allows me to be more productive and makes our conferences look good and professional. It keeps all the information in the same place, and the "pop-up announcement" feature is handy for sending information to participants during the conference.

It is very easy for event attendees to navigate. It looks very professional and is also very easy to use from the backend.

I don't think we had any downsides - the only thing I can suggest would be to be able to edit announcements once they are set up for participants.

We needed an app to make communication with participants easier and so that participants would not need to go to the event committee with their queries - having the app solved this problem.

The customer service is second to none.  I had a few custom changes that needed to be made and the EventMobi support team took the time to understand the changes needed and had them completed within a few minutes.

**What do you dislike about EventMobi?**

Some of the advanced settings that allow greater customisation are difficult to figure out, but I guess that's why they are advanced settings.

**What problems is EventMobi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The EventMobi platform allows us to easily have an App for our events.  With the integrated via API calls, we are able to ensure our event information, speakers and attendees list remain fully up to date.

  ### 11. Too much compromise, too little communication

**What do you like best about EventMobi?**

We had a couple really great EventMobi staff on our team who were willing to go above and beyond to make the platform fit our needs. There is also quite a bit of security on the platform. It was easy to gate certain platform sections, sessions, documents, or even the whole platform, which worked well for our conferences where we had different registration levels. The documents library was also very useful.

**What do you dislike about EventMobi?**

The platform wasn't very intuitive on the admin or user side. We constantly had attendees calling or emailing who couldn't navigate the platform come program day. It also wasn't as visually appealing as many of the other platforms we have since looked at. It was fairly basic in terms of customization and having a "newer" look. Additionally, there were quite a few things that came up that actually had to be changed in the coding by our EventMobi team, many of which seemed like fixes we should be able to easily make on our end, which I think harkens back to the basic customization ability.

**What problems is EventMobi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were using EventMobi for our larger summer conferences which we had taken fully virtual at the start of the pandemic. The platform certainly worked well in a pinch and the team at EventMobi worked hard to help, but as we grew in our capability to host virtual programming and as we made the transition to hybrid, we just outgrew them.

However, if that flexibility to be able to adjust about anything on our platform comes at the expense of a great experience, obviously we are falling short of our own standards.

I wanted to let you know that we have recently made major improvements to our platform, making it easier to customize many parts of the event spaces. We are also currently looking into giving our customers simple, but powerful tools at hand to improve our platform. Event Mobi allowed easier configuration of placing attendees into groups and assigning those groups to specific agendas. Also had a gamification which consisted of trivia style questions and answers.

**What do you dislike about EventMobi?**

No complaints with EventMobi, as an attendee app had everything we needed to run our event and engage with attendees. Did not have a built in Streaming option. Did not have a built in "check in" function for during event

EventMobi allowed for easier back end configuration and on the fly changes during the event.

I want to address your dislikes, and I think I have good news for you: Indeed, we now have a built-in streaming option. Actually, various options. You can either use our RTMP server and create streams externally (or have your AV team do it) and stream it onto our platform. If you're more of a DIY person, you. can use EventMobi Studio to create your own streams and get the directly into our platform.

**What do you like best about EventMobi?**

The staff and support for the EventMobi platform were fantastic to work with. The platform itself is very easy to use and intuitive to use. EventMobi offers many options for training, and their staff is always there to help you every step of the way. The platform itself is easy to navigate and populate. It brings in great elements that allow you to communicate with attendees on a whole new level. Their EventMobi Studio allowed us to pivot to a 6-day virtual conference format easily, even though we only had five weeks to set everything up and launch. They offer so many different solutions and integrations at a great rate that it made selecting them as our provider an easy decision.

**What do you dislike about EventMobi?**

While the platform itself is excellent, although a few sections can be tedious to edit and enter information. The system isn't challenging to use; it just gets a bit monotonous entering the data, especially when there is a lot of it that needs to be entered. We brought these pain points to our rep's attention, and they mentioned that they were already working on solutions to fix these issues.

**What problems is EventMobi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By using EventMobi, we have found a great solution to allow us to communicate with attendees while on-site at an event while also creating a new experience that will allow potential attendees to view the event virtually if they cannot attend the event in-person. EventMobi has opened up an entirely new way to host events for us as we deal with post-pandemic implications as well as expand our reach to people inside our event industries that are unable to or unwilling to attend an in-person event.

The support of the staff was outstanding. Content creation was enhanced because of the knowledge of the staff. They listened and captured the vision for the event and brought it to life, far above and beyond our expectations. The staff was responsive to all questions and provided the personal touches necessary to move forward.

Additionally, the price was incredible. As a non-profit organization, our budget was EXTREMELY tight, the EventMobi platform provided an exceptional, cost-effective experience, with the look and feel that was top notch. The

Honestly, there was nothing that was disfavorable in my experience with EventMobi. The price point was fabulous, the customer service was amazing, the platform was easy to navigate. I enjoyed my entire experience with EventMobi.

We were able to host our conference virtually. We would have been in a bad position as an organization if we would not have been able to pivot at the last minute and have the option to use this platform. We were able to switch gears quickly and to make the event a wonderful experience for our attendees.

**What do you like best about EventMobi?**

The design and setup of the platform and on-the-fly changes made it effortless to ensure an excellent workshop experience for our attendees. When I did need some help, the support person (Adam K) for my event was right there to help me out.

**What do you dislike about EventMobi?**

Time lags in live, embedded videos would have been problematic, so we could not use the platform itself for the presentations but instead had to go through Zoom. It was more or less seamless, so it's not a complaint, just an observation.

**What problems is EventMobi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting and engaging with our Northern (North of 60) coworkers is extremely important, so being able to meet and communicate during the pandemic effectively was extremely valuable and solved one of the biggest problems we've had due to travel restrictions. We have maintained these relationships and that has benefits for everyone involved in our organization.

> Hey there! Thanks for your feedback. I am glad you liked using EventMobi and I am glad Adam was of great help. I will forward this to Adam as well. Also, your observation on the "lag" (we also call this "latency") is accurate. If super-low latency is important, our interactive break out rooms would solve that. You can also stream videos and share screens in general with those. They come closer to your "Zoom-experience".

I understand why this is bothersome, but I want to take a moment to explain why latency even exists: when anyone is streaming video online, the data travels often thousands of miles. This means, on the way, there can be a lot of obstacles, such as congestion on internet backbones, poor mobile connections and others. In a real-time stream, this means: any slight congestion will result in the stream breaking up. There's a way around it, though: it is called buffering. Buffering means your computer knows what's happening in the next, for example, 10 seconds or so, but it's showing you slightly older data (ie 10-30 seconds old). If the connection, anywhere, drops for a few moments, that's not a problem, since we have a few seconds to recover. And when watching online streams, 10-30 seconds do not matter. Where they do matter, however, is when you're having real-time discussions. So those tools usually do not apply buffers, but will try to first degrade image quality to ensure the audio is stable, and eventually even the audio quality.

We as a software provider have to make a decision how we prioritize real-time streaming over quality and vice-versa. Our approach is to allow for some buffer with live streams, and not buffer for interactive breakout rooms. This allows us to make sure as many people as possible can have a great watching experience - at the cost of about 10-30 seconds.

As I mentioned, we do have the Interactive Breakout Rooms who don't show this behaviour. The downside is, however, if the connection cuts for a user, they will lose a few seconds.

I like the process, organization, and professionalism. Working with Christine Mack, Nathan Roberts, and Danielle Santos - they truly are superstars and excellent to work with!

**What do you dislike about EventMobi?**

- Not being able to visit other tabs without getting out of the Livestream.  
- For events with multiple polls, a participant has to scroll through polls already answered to get to the current poll.  It would be nice to close a poll and not show up on the front end, so only the current and upcoming polls remain.
- Not being able to post pictures in the chat

**Recommendations to others considering EventMobi:**

For events you would like to provide an "experience" for other than a regular Zoom-type meeting, EventMobi is the way to go. You can brand your meeting, include handouts, agenda, networking, breakouts, poster sessions, and several other resources.  I especially recommend you consider EventMobi if you decide to go fully virtual for your meeting.  The team is professional, organized, reliable and considering how many moving parts my event consisted of, the end product was practically flawless!

**What problems is EventMobi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No problems other than the above.  Benefits are: Event Mobi team is reliable. Working with them makes my job less stressful knowing I have a reliable, professional team of experts who are involved in planning the event with me from beginning to end. Because they help to build the showflow, I feel like they are just as invested in ensuring that the program is a success.  I didn't have to worry about things not getting done and as a planner, anything that reduces our stress is much appreciated

**What do you like best about EventMobi?**

The EventMobi platform was easy to navigate and offers a variety of functions which, when used creatively, allows an event producer to design a unique experience for their attendees. My organization recently held a virtual event for over 1000+ high school students and the gamification, video integration and interactive breakout room features certainly kept them engaged throughout the entire event. On top of the platform's capabilities, customer service from the EventMobi team was excellent - they listened to our needs and helped bring our vision to life. They were organized, professional, responsive and consistently provided updates throughout the planning process. Post-event, the EventMobi team provided analytic reports and video archives for all speaker sessions in less than 24 hours. Overall, fantastic experience!

**What do you dislike about EventMobi?**

For the most part, the EventMobi platform is quite sophsticated - however, areas that could use some improvement would be branding capabilities for individual interactive breakout rooms and having a preview option for companies populating their information using the self-edit link. While previewing a company profile is still possible (by logging into the front end of the platform), sponsor experience could have been improved if the functionality to view a page was easier to access.

We have used EventMobi for two different client's virtual conferences, and we love how user-friendly the platform is for both the attendee and the meeting planners. We also liked our weekly check-in meetings with our Event Success Manager, ensuring that the EventMobi team and we were on track and on the same page. We much prefer using EventMobi for virtual conferences as opposed to just a Zoom meeting.

Where we fell short in knowledge or experience with virtual conferences, EventMobi was there to guide us.

**What do you like best about EventMobi?**

Honestly, Yara Shammas from Client Management is the best thing about EventMobi. That girl deserves a raise, as she went above and beyond to ensure that our event turned out amazing.

The platform itself is great and easy to use once it's set up properly - we had everything we needed to provide a great user experience in terms of widgets and functionality.

**What do you dislike about EventMobi?**

Our onboarding process was, unfortunately, unclear regarding price and what was offered for that price. This led to confusion about what we as the client was responsible for - again, Yara went above and beyond to help us figure it out and made sure we got an amazing experience in the end.

Something EventMobi could improve upon would be to have a clearer structure for their client onboarding process - there is a lot of technicality involved in setting up embedded Zoom sessions, webpages and everything else that makes the platform great, so having a clearer explanation of the features and how to make them work would have been good to know initially. This is especially important because oftentimes, the representative that is booking EventMobi might not be the digital expert in the company, as was our situation.

To be fair, we booked EventMobi quite late in our process, which was completely our fault. Given this, the team at EventMobi worked super hard to help us catch up and put on a great event.

One more thing I would mention is that as a designer, I found the homepage design options to be quite limited.

**What problems is EventMobi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have realized the benefit of having a virtual option for events, even when restrictions are lifted and gatherings are permitted. We had interest in our event from around the world, and would love to continue offering our event internationally through EventMobi, as people found it easy to use and navigate.

The database and Eventbrite integration portions of EventMobi is also beneficial for keeping track of ticket sales.

The service was excellent - we were provided regular updates quickly and the team was able to pivot quickly with any changes that needed to be made. They were organized with the planning throughout the process and the final result looked extremely professional. Alternatives and add-ons were provided very well. There were also reports that were downloadable after the event which made it extremely useful for post-event reporting and analysis that could be provided to sponsors. The usage of the green room during the production was very smooth and professional and enhanced the experience for those featured at the events as well.

**What do you dislike about EventMobi?**

We were waiting on final updates on the design of the platform close to the event date in order to let participants in early to view the virtual space prior to the event occurring, but everything ended up being able to pull through in the end. There were also a few minor hiccups with the settings on the night of the event, but nothing that wasn't fixed quickly. They were able to provide support to every panel / session that we had with a staff member that could explain and guide us through the process.

Try using every feature that is available at EventMobi so you have a full understanding of all the different offerings that they have!

**What problems is EventMobi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streaming live events and sharing different forms of media can be seamless while looking extremely professional and clean - it doesn't have to look like just a regular call and can be interactive and much more engaging than expected. There are definitely benefits to using this platform as it allows for one virtual space that is interactive and is engaging to a variety of users - it can be customized to meet the needs of a number of different users and additionally provides data and analytics after the event as well. It is a different experience each time when you customize and explore the different options that they have to offer so that virtual events are unique each time.

**What do you like best about EventMobi?**

Eventmobi provides a full-service solution for online events.  We have been using Eventmobi for four years.  We started using Eventmobi to reduce paper use (e.g., event program booklet) but were surprised at the many additional features that added value.  Things that used to take lots of manual time, like administering and collating data from surveys, registration, etc.  This year, we ran an entirely virtual event with Eventmobi providing all services from registration, event virtual space and streaming video.  The support was excellent and we were helped at every step of the way to have a successful event.  Our sponsors also commented that the virtual vendor space was one of the best implementations they had used.

**What do you dislike about EventMobi?**

We have very little to dislike about Eventmobi.  For a scientific conference it would be nice if presenters could submit their own abstracts (session desciptions) and I feel like the "Agenda" could have some additional visualization options.  We opted to use an "agenda at a glance" which was a pdf document we created.  It would be nice to have some different appearance options for the agenda.  For example, a "complete" agenda where session descriptions and speaker bios are present on the same page for all sessions without having to click in and out of each one individually and be able to custom the display of certain information in the agenda.  All in all, a relatively minor point.

**Recommendations to others considering EventMobi:**

If you are spending a lot of money on an Event Management company to run an event, you should consider using Eventmobi.  Eventmobi has allowed us to organize a relatively large scientific meeting  (200+ attendees) with only a volunteer staff committing a few hours a week for a few months prior to the meeting.  We have a very professional meeting without having a lot of staff/volunteers.

**What problems is EventMobi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eventmobi has basically allowed us to automate nearly all of the mundane aspects of running a virtual meeting.  We can do registration, surveys, analytics all within the Eventmobi platform without any additional number crunching or data entry.  This has dramatically reduced this workload.  We can generate summary reports in PDF pre-designed in an attractive format (saved as PDF) or individual results in excel if we want to do a more substantive amount of data analysis.  We also have a unified point of interaction for all conference attendees.  We can send messages to all attendees, speakers or vendors at the click of a button (either thru the app or via email).

The team was great- very attentive and good communication. Appreciated the ongoing communication from the EventMobi team with regular meetings and check-ins. Very helpful as we navigated the uncertainty of hosting a virtual event for the first time. The EventMobi team was excellent at maintaining regular communication and responding quickly to emails and inquiries. The platform itself was very clean and sharp.

Some participants had some difficulty registering for the event and then finding their event confirmation (it just went to their junk folder most of the time but some still said that they didn't receive it- I believe this would have mostly been user error). Some participants reported minor technical issues during the event- audio and/ or video. The odd check-in meeting could have been coordinated a bit better to allow for more time for client questions.

This was a great platform and very helpful when working through the new format of a virtual event. I would recommend EventMobi to others that are looking for a virtual platform to assist with their virtual events.

This was a great way to still offer an annual fundraising event during a pandemic. We were unsure about the virtual format but this will likely be something that we will incorporate moving forward. People were able to access it from the comfort of their home and not have to travel which was great. The EventMobi team helped walk us through all of the details and make the event still run smoothly. Future events we will likely continue to offer a virtual component to make it as accessible as possible.

Running a virtual event requires dealing with a lot of technology  -- but EventMobi's amazing team brought a great deal of heart, passion and support to the process which was invaluable.

Like any system, it is nice to be able to fully customize every little element and feature.  However, if you're not willing to pay a team of developers to custom-code your own platform, EventMobi is the next best thing because they have allowed so much customization out of the box, allowing costs to be contained.

**What problems is EventMobi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EventMobi allowed us to deliver a professional looking and polished remote conference to over 700 people, with less than 60 days planning time.  We got a ton of positive comments and feedback from people who were impressed at how great our conference looked and how smoothly it ran.  This was entirely due to EventMobi and their team.

The personalized attention you receive when you become a member is top-notch. Having David as our success manager that is pesonally assigned to us to help us troubleshoot and execute our apps is a beautiful feature. It has made all the difference from having a great experience to an exceptional one. We appreciate the flexibility that everyone at EM has provided us. From our account managers, to tech support. Everytime we call or reach out for help they treat us as if we are the only client they have.

The advanced builder is friendly but still a bit clunky. You still have to apply CSS, which is a bummer. I wish it easier to drag and drop and move things around.

I guess the price tag was pretty high, but they delivered on their promises, so in my opinion, the service was worth it.

Our team has successfully ran in-person events for many years, but the need to pivot to a virtual event rendered us a bit apprehensive due to our inexperience.  Working with vendors to achieve our goals is common for us, but this was the most full-service treatment we have received.  It certainly reduced the man-power needed on our end, which has been overloaded this past year, so in turn significantly reduced the stress on our team.  Additionally, there was a level of professional polish that I don't believe we could have realized without this service.

Eventmobi was very quick in responding to any questions and at troubleshooting any problem that arose. The platform itself is very user friendly, a lot of attendees complimented this feature. Very manageable and easy to navigate in the back-end. The platform integrated easily with our zoom accounts. We were able to get the look and feel we wanted with the eventmobi platform. It was very easy for attendees to interact with one another whether it be through one-on-one meetings, the community boards or in sessions. It was very easy to achieve our goals of creating a space for our network to share, participate and reconnect. In terms of help from the eventmobi team we had great support. Leading up to the event they were very responsive and great with checking in and making sure everybody was satisfied and on the same page. The team was somehow even more responsive during the event to meet any questions or needs we had. It was extremely easy to work with eventmobi.

There was only one small issue in which I couldn't find a direct answer on the eventmobi website, however, our expert helped in figuring it out in no time.

The user-friendly interfaces for both the organizers and the participants.  Working with the Eventmobi team in customizing our app was a positive experience and the final product looked amazing.  We received a lot of positive feedback from our participants on the easy use of the app.   We did a lot of research before choosing our platform, and by far Eventmobi excelled in all the areas that were important to us, and we appreciated all the support from our Event Success Manager.

**What do you like best about EventMobi?**

EventMobi was very easy to navigate. EventMobi Staff was very timely in answering my phone calls and emails whenever I had a question prior to my event and even on the the day of my event.  They helped set our organization up with a great AV tech team to help with all the background AV tech work.  It is always great when your organization comments on the great the platform is and how easy was to use. Our participants said "we can tell you did your homework and are working with outside help. Everything looks great and very professional."

**What do you dislike about EventMobi?**

This one was hard.  Some of the language in the Self Edit links for the Exhibitors is doesn't give too much direction on how to build out their pages. I had to make sure to include a separate attachment in a separate email to our exhibitors. OR set up a zoom call with our exhibitors to help them walk through the features and try to explain what each of the features were.   Some of the participants found it difficult to connect with an exhibitor because the call to action button was missing from their page they didn't know they had to click on the actual individual page.

**Recommendations to others considering EventMobi:**

I would recommend EventMobi to other Organizations. They were recommended to us by one of our partners. They are easy to work with, friendly, and one thing I really liked was they gave you deadlines to work with.

**What problems is EventMobi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems we solved by using EventMobi were: being able to host an event in a during covid-19, safely and make it look very professional and polished; we came up with new inventive ideas for future events if needed; we also have adopted the FDM workbook to be used for all our event planning from now on to help keep everyone on track.

The processes in place make everything very easy to provide content and information. Also before your event, someone reaches out and ensures someone is live and available to you at all time. The pricing structure is also very great.

**What do you dislike about EventMobi?**

That there isn't an easy way to reach out to someone except for email. No phone numbers should you need a quick answer. Although a dislike, everyone is very responsive on email.

If you are looking for a very flexible and accessible platform, I highly recommend EventMobi. From a setup standpoint and a user experience standpoint.

**What do you like best about EventMobi?**

I like that the app was easy to use especially since we have attendees that aren't as tech savvy. We also like the functionality of the games and the sponsor pages. It is easy to use and sponsors were able to update the pages how they wanted too. It also took the stress of of me and my team to have to handle that aspect.

**What do you dislike about EventMobi?**

I wish we could have seen who was on the app during the sessions but being able to see how many attendees were on balanced it out. The other thing I wish could have been different was the Q&A section. I had to go in and clear out all of the questions after each session and that was a bit time consuming> If there was a way this automatically did that or at least prompted you to do it would make a big difference.

Just to add the ability to see the users when the sessions are live. I think that would make all the difference in the app. Other than that things are great

We had no issues, David handled much at what we threw at him with ease. I realized that adding on the website feature gave us the additional help with the event manager and that was well worth the extra expense in my opinion

I've been using EventMobi for a few years now. It's fun and rewarding to build out an event site that meets my client's unique needs with the guidance of the EventMobi team. I love working with EventMobi staff and have always felt supported and heard.

I've planned three virtual Developer Conferences with EventMobi this year alone and yet I'm struggling to think of something I dislike about the platform or service at this time. EventMobi staff have helped me overcome every event obstacle or issue directly.

The EventMobi platform is current, customer-focused, and affordable. Give EventMobi a try!

But not only were they there to provide support, but they did it with the BEST customoer service.  They were patient and so friendly and became a part of our team.

**What do you like best about EventMobi?**

I like that EventMobi is ever-evolving and is attentive to customer feedback and requests for features.  Administration of events is simple and mostly intuitive, with great customization.  I love that everything from an event is easily displayed/presented in one space, making it easy to navigate for our attendees.

**What do you dislike about EventMobi?**

There are a few functions that I'd love to see improved.  While their gamification features are good, they are not stellar.  More options and types of game features would improve this function.  A second is for their virtual events.  Still wish that when using Zoom (when not in live streaming mode), it would just embed the Zoom window in the platform and not open a new window.  This is confusing when Q and A and chat are available in both places, and to get to polls, end users have to go from one to another.  The final thing that I really dislike is that after keeping all my content from previous events available, when EventMobi upgraded their back end infrastructure, my entire archive was no longer accessible.  While they were great about sending me all the content, it sure would have been nicer had that been preserved in its original format.

We started using EventMobi several years ago to be the mobile app for our annual Summit.  As a nonprofit, we needed something affordable, but with good functionality.  With COVID-19, we moved to a virtual event and EventMobi developed their virtual functions in time for us to stick with them.  The gamification has helped with engagement, it serves as a great archive for easy access to materials later, and creates a good integrated end-user experience.

The video production is top notch. Post editing tools are easy to follow. There is constant communication between the production team and the experience managers go out of their way to be available almost 24/7.

The user interface for attendees does need some work. There's a lot of real estate that is lost by sticking to the native event app format. And there's some room when an event is livestreaming to take advantage of showing sponsor logos. It would also help if navigation items opened in new browser tabs.

Ensure you have a solid event communications plan and some kind of coaching in place for your emcee and keynote speakers so they understand how the event space operates for the end user and can provide effective visual cues.

We had to pivot to virtual events and the team was really good at helping us to understand how to embrace an online format. We also noticed that registration numbers increased as we were no longer tied to a physical location and our attendees did not have the cost of travel.

The rapid development in 2020 for the implementation of online conferences. Our concept could be fully implemented with great and easy handling from the participant's perspective and a very simple backend maintenance that allows for the implementation of any customization requests! Different participant groups can also see different content through various permissions and many other great features that allow for a fantastic implementation!

The knowledge that EM staff with years of experience developing this solution for many. Customer service is always great having one point of contact. The platform has been reliable for the most part and I don't have a doubt when launching the platform on the day of the event.

Nothing really. Maybe a few new features rolled out including Q&A moderation improvements and a floating "youtube-like" video window so that attendees can continue to watch the live session while they explore other areas of the site.

The discussion boards and community boards were great places to share. I was very appreciative of the tech support on the day of our event and the meetings with advice for a smooth virtual event leading up to the day of. I liked the ability for our attendees to create their own schedule for the event.

**What do you dislike about EventMobi?**

I wish the community board could have had a place for comments. It would also be helpful to have simpler way to link Eventmobi with zoom than repeatedly copy pasting 3 links. Also, it would be helpful to have a feature where recorded Zoom sessions can be uploaded to eventmobi for viewing after the event. We have to do this individually for each session. Additionally, links from one session to the next to encourage a flow of engagement similar to a conference would be beneficial.

Youth and community engagement have been facilitated by this platform. As a team that runs complex events and international community collaborations, this platform has allowed us to transition online and make resources accessible on a collective online space.

EventMobi was easy to use (for the user and for our presenters) and added a level of professionalism to our event that was impressive.  We particularly liked the way that the platform could be designed using our logo and colors and the customer support we received was excellent.

**What do you dislike about EventMobi?**

There was an unfortunate and highly unusual outage during our opening keynote address.  This only affected the keynote and we were quickly able to record it, add it to the site for people to view later and message the participants to apologize for the glitch and let them know where to find the recording.

We have had to transition all of our events to the virtual space.  Most events are for individuals or small groups but we weren't sure how we were going to conduct large events.  EventMobi helped us solve that problem.  We have received great reviews for the events that we offered using EventMobi.

Outstanding staff, friendliness and customer service. I cannot say enough. I have to say their service and attention to our fears and concerns was outstanding. I want to particularly thank Vander for setting us up with a terrific effortless registration system-it went so smoothly for us.
