Our multi-campus church used Eventify for a regional youth conference with 800+ attendees and a volunteer leadership retreat. The platform made it easy to manage different registration types students, volunteers, speakers, exhibitors and collect waivers for minors. The built-in communication tools (email and push notifications) helped us send session reminders and last-minute room changes without needing a separate email service.

**What do you dislike about Eventify?**

Eventify is simply too much platform for our smaller, weekly events like Bible studies or potlucks. The pricing model is per-event, and even our smallest event costs several hundred dollars. For a church budget, that adds up fast. We also found the learning curve steep for our volunteer event coordinators most are not professional event planners.

**What problems is Eventify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Eventify, our conferences were chaotic paper registrations, manual check-ins, and confusing schedules. Eventify solved all of that, and our youth conference ran more smoothly than ever. But for 90% of our other events, we still use free tools like GroupMe, SignUpGenius, and a shared Google Calendar. Eventify is a specialized tool for us, not an everyday solution.

We used Eventify for a series of athlete meet-and-greet events and a season ticket holder appreciation night. The tiered ticketing system handled VIP upgrades, photo ops, and autograph sessions smoothly. We loved that we could scan tickets directly from the mobile app at check-in no extra hardware required. The ability to send push notifications to specific attendee segments (e.g., "VIP ticket holders, head to the green room now") saved us from shouting over loudspeakers. Post-event, the analytics helped us see which activities had the highest attendance, informing our off-season planning.

**What do you dislike about Eventify?**

Let's be honest: fans expect a fun, flashy experience, and Eventify feels like a corporate conference tool. There's no way to add team colors, animated graphics, or video countdowns to the event landing page. The gamification features (points, leaderboards) are fine for business events but not exciting for sports fans we wanted trivia, brackets, or prediction games, none of which exist.

**What do you like best about Eventify?**

We used Eventify for our annual global supplier summit with 1,500+ attendees across 3 shifts and 2 time zones. The platform handled complex registration logic perfectly different suppliers needed access to different sessions based on their contracts and regions. The agenda builder was robust enough to manage 45+ sessions across 6 tracks, and attendees loved being able to bookmark sessions and receive reminders. The analytics dashboard also gave us clear data on which training sessions had the lowest engagement, helping us improve content for next year.

**What do you dislike about Eventify?**

Our biggest pain point is offline access. Many of our factory floor employees and suppliers in remote areas have unreliable internet. Eventify's mobile app requires a constant connection there's no way to download session materials, agendas, or speaker bios for offline viewing. Also, the file attachment limit (25MB per file) was too small for our technical spec sheets and machine manuals. Finally, bulk-importing 1,500+ attendees with custom fields (e.g., safety certification status, shift preference) was slow and error-prone; we had to split our CSV into three chunks.

The registration forms allowed us to collect dietary restrictions, shirt sizes, and travel needs in one place. I like that the app is really nice and the user experience flows very well. It is very modern. Also, I appreciate the fact that support is very quick.

**What do you dislike about Eventify?**

They have an option for education tracks that doesn't really make sense in the real world, especially when it comes to scheduling and assigning agendas. Their pricing is a bit complicated. You get a price for an event, but it comes with stipulations that attendees cannot access for a certain period unless you pay more. Their pricing has gone up $1000 in just 6 months. The registration process is very complicated, and the features for uploading attendees and assigning classes are pretty limited, resulting in a lot of manual work.

I love how easy Eventify is for us to set up on the back end. Unlike other apps, it doesn't have a steep learning curve, making it super easy to set everything up from scratch. The clean and user-friendly design is very appealing and enhances my experience. The countless and super useful features, such as the gamification aspect, add significant value to our event. I had previously underestimated the importance of gamification, but seeing how it naturally engages attendees and enhances interaction has been eye-opening. The ability for attendees to earn points sparked healthy competition and encouraged participation, improving the overall conversation and engagement at our event. This capability is a great asset that boosts the quality of an already high-standard event like ours, helping us maintain our status as an industry leader. Furthermore, the app's intuitive nature is remarkable, with a clear menu layout on the left that makes navigation a breeze. The initial setup was incredibly easy and intuitive, which speaks volumes about its user-friendliness. With the strong positive feedback from attendees, it is evident how valuable Eventify has been, and based on my fantastic experience, I would rate Eventify an eleven if I could, but definitely a ten.

I noticed some minor issues with Eventify that need attention. Specifically, attendees mentioned difficulty in finding the email addresses of other attendees while looking through the leads list. This suggests there might be room for improvement in terms of user interface or feature accessibility. However, these are minor tweaks, and I plan to provide more detailed feedback via email after thoroughly exploring all Eventify's features since there are still many I haven't had the time to fully investigate.

I honestly don't know why I didn't find them before. They are not only the most affordable solution but very humanly support knows what they are doing. Always helpful. I was initially skeptical about why they are selling so cheap where other companies are charging 5x. I later found that they are keeping costs low by smart tech solutions and their user friendly interface reduces overall efforts. I have used other big solutions before and navigating the slow interface is a pain. I wish the Eventify team best and keep updating with new features

Although we are not a festival but a training organization with a co-production market, we could easily customize its features to our needs. We selected Eventify to manage our university’s national case competition and were impressed with its versatility and control features. The platform allowed us to strictly separate students and judges while fostering student networking through social, gallery, messages, community, and meetings features.

Although Eventify offers registration, we registered externally and imported attendees. The scheduling functionality was particularly valuable, and the notification system ensured everyone stayed informed. The speaker highlights, interactive maps, and tiered sponsor showcase features added professional polish to our event.

The event guide features polished consolidated information in one place. Overall, Eventify provided the robust functionality and customization options needed to run a successful academic competition with distinct participant roles and permissions.

We consistently encountered a 'glitch' in which the roles and permissions did not apply to the app's desktop version. According to tech support, the cache needed to be cleared often, but we were not confident enough to share the desktop URL with attendees, as they could potentially see fields that were not supposed to be visible. Overall, though, we were pleased with the app.

**What do you like best about Eventify?**

The finished product.  We used the app for the in-person portion of our conference and received SO many compliments from the attendees.  The ease in which they were able to get into the app and the many features were things that many commented on.  The overall look of how things were presented and the ability to create an Event Guide and News items helped us impart information to answer questions that typically come up from attendees (weather, where to eat, transportation, etc.)  Exhibitors and attendees alike were very happy with the ability to scan QR codes to obtain data.

**What do you dislike about Eventify?**

If you are the event planner/staff and have not set up a mobile app before, you will quickly find that there is not much helpful knowledge base information.  The customer service people were quick to respond (raising a ticket within about 2 hours or less; our directly assigned manager within 24 hours.)  But in hindsight it probably would have been better for us to explore more direct set-up support as we spent a great deal of time figuring out how to make things work.  In the end all of our questions were answered and while there are little things we'd change or will request to be customized when we use this app in the future, it was overall the best choice of mobile app for an in-person conference that we've made in the past 5 years.  We know it has virtual/hybrid and ticketing features too, we just didn't use them.

They fixed a minor glitch that prevented us from accurately seeing the email log.  Overall we had very few problems.

 I've used Eventify ticket management for my last event and i've saved a lot of money. They have a flat commission rate which means there is no commission on tickets except the payment gateway fee. After having a very good experience we upgraded to having event app and that was again a very good buy. Our attendees loved the app. I would highly recommend Eventify to any event manager as their backend is very flexible and simple to use.

Eventify helped us to stay organized for our small (350 attendee) conference this past Spring. The check-in process was smooth, loading content into the app was easy, and attendees provided positive feedback after using the app during the conference. It was helpful to send push notifications, certificates of completion, and surveys for workshops and the overall conference. Overall, excellent app and it was easy to use for a first timer like us!

It was a bit buggy during the conference, and we had to send many IT help requests. However, they were very responsive and it helped to keep things going.

**What do you like best about Eventify?**

This added the  networking aspect - between attendees, sponsors, speakers and hosts - that we wanted to have with our conference. We got a lot of positive feedback about the app.

**What do you dislike about Eventify?**

We had a relatively short timeframe to set up the application. There were some items that we did struggle to set up but the Evebtify team was there to support us.

**What problems is Eventify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sponsors are a key component of our event and we wanted a way to incent attendees to visit the sponsors and share their information easily. We also wanted to encourage networking and found that attendees were exchanging information throughout the conference. We feel we only touched the surface to the many things that Eventify can do.

**What do you like best about Eventify?**

Eventify was great all around. Very user friendly set up, but still quite customizable in the ways that were important to me. The attendees to our conference were very pleased with the usability. The Exhibitors were pleased with the lead capture features. We have a very session heavy conference and uploading the sessions were very easy. Badge making was simple... I can go on!

**What do you dislike about Eventify?**

There were a few hiccups where their system was not set up to handle the amount of attendees our conference had. However, once they were aware, they did some magic on their end and fixed it!

A very easy platform that is customizable to our needs, both in use and fincially.

At times, we encounter formatting issues that we can't resolve on our end, requiring assistance from the support team.

I liked the fact that it is Instagramish, smooth, swift, and overall, user-friendly. Additionally, the Developers were available and interested to improve the App.

I wanted to have a dark version of the Desktop version, however Eventify promised that it will be done as soon as possible. I do believe that they will add this feature in the near future.

Eventify is developing the dark version of the Desktop web.

I like that it is easy to add our marketing information, can import/ export eaisly, and customer service is quick to respond. There are many features we did not use this year, but will next year!

I wish there were turotials or a class to take to learn how to better utilize all of the fetures.

We are able to use 1 platform to register, print badges, register onsite, send push notifications, have attendees share their information easly, and have all of the most up to date information in 1 spot.

It's easy and straight forward to set up, the customer support worked really quick and helpful! Our guests loved the experience.

There were only a few small limitations, eg. the guest list shown on the app wasn't automatically updated if you didn't know how to - I think this would be a key element to improve in the future for an even better expeirence.
