This platform lacks customization. You have to fit into their mold. When there was a need to transfer tickets to another day/time, it was very annoying and time-consuming because you have to move one ticket at a time. You cannot move an entire order. I guess what I like least is that I am penalized for using a credit card processor other than theirs. I understand why, but when I already have an established CC processor that I use for everything else, adding their preferred processor only adds to the work on the back end of reconciliation. The best aspect about this platform, in my opinion, is that it includes a wide range of options to assist you in publishing your event with simplicity, from start to finish. - manage the attendees through Eventbrite mobile app which is equiped with the QR scanner which will provide you with a real-time monitoring for the check-ins.

- create email shots through eventbright to send your teckets or invitations to your contacts.

- you can add free tickets and send them the confirmation email with the tickets attached in it.

- Enhanced reports with full details and statistics.
