Ease of use, the ability to pull reports for attendees Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
sometimes i have issues with formatting, but otherwise, it is a very easy platform to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do really love the easy link you can share with everyone who is interested in your event. It's really helpfull to see in once who and how many are coming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We were about to do something with a credit based membership and there was not the possibility to adjust this with eventbrite Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Eventbrite allows me to follow the organizations I am interested in their events so I can receive notifications when they have new events. Eventbrite streams the videos in very high quality and allows real-time chatting during the event. Also, I like the advanced search at Eventbrite, which allows me to find events in my area of interest, like technology. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The process of registering to attend any event takes a lot of time, and I need to repeat it each time I register for a different event. I don't like the interface of Eventbrite as it is a little bit difficult to move through the different booths of an event. Also, the payment options are not diverse and limited to only a couple of choices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Eventbrite is extremely helpful for me with my small business. I am able to invite customers and friends to various events that I do, or I am involved with. I don't think I could run my small business as effectively without Eventbrite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think one thing that frustrates me is my Customer list. For some reason I have about 6 different customer lists. I havno idea how that happened. I did not create those. So when I send out an invite I click on every single list and I hope that each customer is not receiving 6 different emails for the events. I have not had time to make one list. Nor do I know how to delete those lists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Loved their app as it was super easy to use and the stats on it were amazing. Not having to have to go to desktop can do everything through the app. Also the integration with Facebook event pages to sell tickets Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Customer support wasn't that great but everything else was good as it was user friendly system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to use with clear steps to set up events. It creates trust with attendees and is an easy way to share and spread the word about the event. You can create recurring events, which we've found particularly helpful as we don't need to keep setting up monthly events. We use it for networking and community events; we got more interest in sharing the event via Eventbrite than posting events on FB events etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Overall i don't find anything in particular we dislike. Sometimes it can be confusing to cancel/postpone an event as you have to go through a process, you'll receive prompts on how to do it, but it's not always clear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's very easy to manage the ticket sales for an event as well as contacting ticket buyers and integration with Facebook. There are other ticket portals which we have used but they always seem to be more complicated; we've never had to contact Eventbrite support as it's all self explanatory. There's very little I dislike about Eventbrite. It perhaps looks a little dated from the customer-facing side compared to other ticket vendors so it would be nice to see them come in line with others in that respect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the easy to use features of the site! Looking up events in my area and supporting local causes through them seems to always be a breeze, not only for me but those on the other end using the service from the other side! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The mobile version has tended to be a bit spotty in the past, but other than that there has not been real issues. I suppose I would just recommend the desktop side over the Mobile, in that case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A great go to event management platform that can get you up and running very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Can only work with certain payment gateway's in certain countries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about Eventbrite is the reach that it has to the masses. When people are looking for events they do one of three things; check Google, Eventbrite, or Facebook. When choosing to put events on Eventbrite, you know that it has the highest potential of being successful just for the fact that it was placed there. It is definitely my go-to when I go out of town looking for fun! I also enjoy that even if you aren't selling tickets specifically on Eventbrite, you can still insert the link for ticket purchasing on the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't much that I dislike about Eventbrite. I will say, that being that I use the platform just to advertise my events, I wish there was a specific option for just that and not have to integrate ticket sales using their platform. Other than that, I haven't run into major problems with the platform that I can recall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
