I appreciate their fair pricing, tailored specifically to SSD needs, and the responsiveness of their team to requests and questions, which is crucial for new users like us. The product works great, and since all our work is done inside Eve, there's no need to go outside for additional tools. I love how Eve Legal makes it much easier to get an accurate medical chronology and organize medical records, especially for voluminous cases. The feature that allows specific playbooks to work on recurring queries is great. It also buys back valuable time, as tasks that used to take paralegals many hours are now completed in a few minutes. I appreciate that it allows cases that may not have received the same attention as high-value cases to receive the same in-depth analysis. Getting Eve involved earlier in a claim is the hardest part where we struggle to determine how it can help us.
