What we love most about Evam is how it helps us move fast without compromising on personalization. As a digital-first bank, we need to react instantly and with Evam, we can. The platform is simple and makes it easy to create real-time and personalized customer journeys, whether it’s a push for a new product or an in-app reminder for card activation.

**What do you dislike about Evam?**

We love Evam’s user interface, but there are occasional small design changes that could further enhance the user experience. Specifically, a more intuitive and user-friendly navigation system could help our teams adapt even more quickly.

Before Evam, we were juggling multiple tools and manual flows. Now, we manage everything batch, real-time, mobile push, in-app, and email on one platform. It has helped us boost activation and usage rates, especially for new customers and product cross-sells.

Automated scenarios with real time events. Once the event is configured on the platform, the entire customer journey works automatically. It helps reduce the time spent on campaing management and ensures all data are processed immediately.

EVAM is solving the problem of manual and delayed customer communication by enabling real-time, automated message delivery. It has automated our SMS sending processes, making campaigns faster and more efficient. This has saved time, reduced errors, and improved customer engagement.

**What do you like best about Evam?**

This is an early and a brief review, from the point of view of an analyst at a young fintech company. We recently started implementing and testing Evam, and be one of, if not the first client of their new tool; Evam X. 

Although implementations are ongoing, I can easily say Evam team is available, supportive and open to suggestions. They are transparent about their roadmap and priorities, also capable of taking criticism and act upon them. Discussing their roadmaps and being able to input our ideas is a blessing that many big competitors are either lack of and/or slow at. 

It is hard to vouch fully for their features, UI/UX capacities and technical compatibility, especially when you compare it with their former tool, Evam Legacy, still, their dedication and approach of handling both technical and non-technical issues give an impression of making their product into a marketing superstar in no time. Although of their current status of the Evam X, it's far beyond their direct and equivalent competitors. If there is such option, I will humbly suggest companies/prospects to take the ''tough'' route to dive into Evam X, rather than the comfy Evam Legacy path. Former ease of use is still there, with the lovely twist of failing many, succeeding more, thus growing together.

Since it's not yet fully functioning -for us at least-, I prefer to have a detailed review of the features, capabilities etc in the near future.

This thing will be our go-to every day gadget very soon, especially being the main stakeholder, I cannot wait to for integration to finish.

We are glad to be onboard, let's keep the momentum and enjoy.

**What do you dislike about Evam?**

Just two relevant points I have so far, which are:

Learning curve may be steep for some and their logic/mapping behind is hard to crack for non-technical teams, yet, with their proper training(s) and support, it's doable.

UI requires polishes and editability options.

For the rest, let's wait and see our integration.

**What do you like best about Evam?**

Evam stands out with its ability to enable real-time, hyper-personalized customer journeys through a truly agile and scalable platform. The Journey Designer is intuitive and allows for easy orchestration of complex engagement flows, even for non-technical users. I especially appreciate the NBX Decisioning module, which brings AI-driven insights into play, helping us anticipate customer needs and deliver relevant, timely interactions. The Insight Tracker also makes it easy to measure performance and adjust our strategies accordingly.

**What do you dislike about Evam?**

The platform is robust and feature-rich, and while it's generally easy to use, offering more built-in templates or quick-start guides could make the onboarding process even smoother for new users.

**What problems is Evam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Evam helps us act on customer data in real-time, which has significantly improved the relevance and timing of our communications. This has led to better customer retention, increased campaign effectiveness, and stronger overall engagement.

**What do you like best about Evam?**

I really like that EvamX allows users to create all these complex journeys with a lot of filters, making it really easy to improve the communication with the costumers. Whatever you think of in terms of how to improve your communications with the customers, EvamX seems to be able to do it. I didn't start to fully use it yet, but from what I learnt during the classes I was part of + from what I saw from different success stories, it seems a really limitless platform, of course in the context of what it was developed for. What I also really like is that it seems to work as a CDP as well (Customer Data Platform), as it allows users to create user segmentation through the DB integration, segments which can easily be used afterwards in the journeys. So, a very nice combo when it comes to reaching your customers in a personalized way and not only in a generic way.
I also really like the fact that EvamX' team is always available and ready to help. From my experience and my team's experience, I noticed that Evam team is always willing to help and to address all our questions and possible issues so in terms of customer support, this is a big big plus.

**What do you dislike about Evam?**

I still have to use it more in order for me to realize what I don't find that useful. At the first view, I think in terms of user interface like naming conventions, display layouts, etc there is still place for improvement but this might be subjective as well.

Sending personalized communications (emails, push notifications, in-app notifications and sms) to all the company's clients.

Evam X is very helpful because it covers most of our communication needs as a Growth team, and replacing other methods, more difficult to use, more rudimentary. It's great for simple and complex journeys, paths, surveys, smart segmentation, all connected together and able to delivery a very personalized user experience.

Can't think of anything. Maybe just the fact that we can't use all of its features right now, but we'll soon get access.

Keeping all our campaigns in one place, helping us streamline every communication and personalize the user experience. It helps us keep the communications within our team, without having to involve other teams (data, marketing etc).

In the banking sector, catching the right  moment and the right customer is crucial and Evam helps to become more proactive. Instead of mass batch campaigns, we can now respond to customer behavior in real-time. that increased the campaign conversion rates and made the internal prıcesses more effective.

I especially loved the segmentation feature. Now it`s so easy and time saving to update datas with requiring any extra workload from our side. And whenever I need help, I can always count on EVAM MS Team Members.

Evam customer journey builder platform offers an easy-to-understand and use dashboard with lots of feature extensions. We are able to create and execute journeys without any help now.

**What do you dislike about Evam?**

There is nothing in EVAM which i dislike, but there are some suggessions regarding Designer and Engine which can be implement like there is no solution for Workers stuck the only rectify is re-start Engine also Designer can be make better by enhancing re-usibility like we cant copy paste states.

Evam offers an all-together platform where we can build customer journeys, and integrate surveys, communications etc. One of the simple but favorable features we love to use is the simplicity of the drag-and-drop feature that evamX has. Now it’s easy to add actions and engagements to our journey.

As someone who worked in big data for years, I can say Evam handles complexity without making things overly complicated. Journey building is visual, responsive, and surprisingly flexible. Most importantly platform doesn’t slow down as things scale.

Dashboard and reporting capabilities can be improved.

Most engagement platforms say they offer real-time capability, but struggle when you integrate it with your data heavy systems. Evam is able to process live events from multiple channels, apply decisioning, and trigger personalized actions within seconds.

I think to manage a real time campaign is one of the most important thing in this marketing otomation platform. You can learn Evam while using. It is friendly to use.

I want to say that sometimes it's hard to learn about all of these tools. It will take time to learn.

We're using another marketing operations app right now and in this program we have to test our campaigns manuelly and it takes a lot of time to test. 
I think Evam is helpfull and friendly using to test a campaign. We don't need a permission to test a scenario from someone.

Nothing right now, they are getting constant feedback based on our needs and try to improve their platform
