**What do you like best about EULER?**

I find Euler incredibly intuitive, which is a big deal for me since I'm usually hesitant about partner portals. Their customer service and follow-up are legendary, with Marwan from their team being really helpful and available whenever I have questions. This support makes me feel like I can easily become a power user of the tool, adding more value to the agencies I manage. Euler integrates quite well with HubSpot and Salesforce, which makes updating partner information easy and prevents duplication of efforts. Overall, it makes things a lot easier for me.

**What do you dislike about EULER?**

The only thing that comes to mind is Euler Pay, which is the function used for making payments to all of our partners. It would be great if that tool could be used for all of our agents' partners and not just those with a US bank account.

**What problems is EULER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Euler simplifies managing agency relationships with its intuitive interface and seamless integration with HubSpot and Salesforce. It minimizes effort duplication, making updates between systems easy, and enhances my capability to manage multiple agencies effectively.

**What do you like best about EULER?**

At Dataships, we’ve found Euler to be an incredibly effective platform for managing our partner program within the Shopify ecosystem. It provides a clean, centralized hub for our service and agency partners, whether they specialize in web development, migrations, consulting, or email/SMS retention marketing, to access enablement and stay connected with us.

The standout element, though, is the Euler team itself. Their dedicated Slack channel gives us direct, reliable access to fast, thoughtful support. They are highly responsive, genuinely listen to feedback, and continuously improve the platform based on real user needs. The flexibility and customization within Euler also allow us to shape the platform around our internal processes instead of having to change our operations to fit the tool.

Another major advantage is how seamlessly Euler integrates with our CRM. Our internal reps can continue operating fully inside the CRM they’re used to, while Euler captures and tracks the partner activity automatically in the background. This alignment drastically reduces friction and improves adoption internally.

I also want to highlight Elvys, who has consistently provided one of the best support experiences I’ve ever had with a software platform. His responsiveness and professionalism elevate the entire experience.

**What do you dislike about EULER?**

Like any software platform, Euler is not without its limitations or areas for improvement. While the system is solid and evolving quickly, there are occasional constraints that come with a product still maturing.

The most notable point is that the cost feels slightly high relative to the current stage of the platform. That said, the pricing is more understandable when factoring in the value of the support team and the velocity of improvements being made.

I also believe that there improvements to be made on invoicing and paying out of commissions and the UX. I know it will continue to get better, but I still see this lacking in areas although it is light years ahead of Partnerstack.

Lastly, the UX of inviting stakeholders from other organizations to the portal along with how agreement are executed can also be improved. Won't get into much detail here: long story short, it does the job but I believe there is room for improvement here.

Any shortcomings we’ve encountered have been significantly offset by the fact that the Euler team is extremely receptive to feedback and acts on it. They don’t just listen: they execute, which minimizes the impact of those limitations.

**What problems is EULER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Euler is solving several operational challenges for Dataships, particularly around running a scalable and efficient partner program. Before adopting Euler, managing enablement, tracking partner activity, and keeping everything aligned with our CRM required a patchwork of tools and internal manual processes.

Euler centralizes all of this.

It allows us to:

-Provide partners with a single, organized hub for enablement materials, program information, and updates. As long as your CRM is up to date, very easy to invite stakeholders from organizations into the portal

-Ensure internal reps stay fully within our CRM while still capturing partner engagement and activity.

-Streamline portfolio management so we can more easily oversee partner performance and opportunities.

-Improve partner experience and communication, thanks to the structured portal and fast support loop with Euler’s team.

-Customize our workflows to fit our partner motions instead of being forced into rigid templates.

-Allows us to payout invoices on commissions

Ultimately, the platform helps us operate a more professional, consistent, and scalable partner program. It reduces internal friction, strengthens partner alignment, and gives us better visibility into partner health and activity.

The ease of implementation and daily use has been crucial for us as a startup focused on building and scaling our partner program. We needed a solution that could be set up quickly and adapt as our channel program and company grow. Euler has proven to be the PRM that meets these needs for our business.

Since Euler is a startup in its second year, there are occasional bugs. However, I’ve found their customer support team to be consistently responsive and helpful whenever issues arise. The support staff listens carefully and acts quickly, which I really value, especially given my own experience in the startup world where urgency is a core principle.

**What problems is EULER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform serves as a central hub for managing all of our partners. It also provides a single location where our partners can access our partner collateral, refer leads, collaborate with our partner and sales teams on opportunities, and participate in QBRs together. As we grow our program, we will start to take advantage of other areas that Euler solves for, including but not limited to their automation of the signature process for partner agreements.

What truly sets Euler apart is the exceptional team behind the platform. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to access and use the primary functions. Inviting and managing partners is especially straightforward, and the built-in features enable partners to get started quickly and efficiently. Our interactions with their Customer Success Manager have been outstanding—every question and need is addressed promptly and thoughtfully. The Engineering team is highly receptive to feedback, consistently delivering new features and updates at an impressive pace. I use the tool daily and feel well-supported and confident relying on Euler as my primary solution within a complex and constantly evolving tech stack.

**What do you dislike about EULER?**

With the customization and complexity offered by Euler, there is naturally a learning curve, especially when it comes to navigating timelines. We decided to use Euler, fully aware that it wouldn't be an out-of-the-box solution for every need or use case we might encounter. Features such as interactive reporting, dashboards, and branding customization are not available yet, but we understand they are on the way. The patience required is worthwhile, given the daily benefits we experience from the platform.

Euler has become our central platform for managing all of our partnerships, including those in the Referral, Reseller, Marketplace, and Broker areas. Our previous tool failed to support our integrations and partners as required, and it was also inflexible, showing no willingness to customize or collaborate to build the best possible PRM for our needs. Euler has addressed these issues and exceeded our expectations.

**What do you like best about EULER?**

The team at Euler is a huge asset.  They've been extremely helpful and understanding of our needs as a customer, which has led to a great working relationship.  Everyone there is responsive, and they take the time to truly understand our needs as they continue to enhance the platform.  Additionally, their platform handles the core challenges with running a partnerships program quite well.  It's clear they've done this before from our point of view.

**What do you dislike about EULER?**

There's nothing I truly dislike about Euler.  There are elements of the platform that could use refinement but that could be said about any SaaS.  What I appreciate is that they take this feedback seriously and make a concerted effort to enhance and improve and they do so at an impressive pace.

**What problems is EULER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Euler saves us a ton of time with attribution, and with the consistent, accurate, and timely payouts to our Partners.  The Euler team understands what matters most, and they've done well at building a platform that addresses those core needs effectively and intuitively.  This means we save more time downstream with reporting and auditing, something we take to heart at FieldPulse.  It's actually a core pillar of our Partnerships program, and Euler's been a fantastic Partner in ensuring we can do this (and more) effectively.

**What do you like best about EULER?**

I like how customizable Euler is, allowing us to support our specific partner journey and contract obligations. Their customer support is very responsive, patient and helpful when I need assistance. Not to mention, they are eager to receive our feedback for ways to better support their clients and our partners. Lastly, Euler offers a much better and more straightforward integration with our CRM, providing access to more data compared to our previous system.

**What do you dislike about EULER?**

Our partner agreements can sometimes be pretty specific. As a result, there are some payment structures that we struggle to pay through the system. This is something they are currently working to expand. Outside of that, their support documentation could stand to be expanded a bit so I can learn in more of a self-serve fashion.

**What problems is EULER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Euler provides a better, more straightforward CRM integration, giving us and our partners access to better data visibility and accuracy, compared to our previous PRM system. I like how customizable it is, letting me make integration changes independently, while their team is very responsive and helpful when needed.

**What do you like best about EULER?**

What I like most about Euler is how flexible and hands-on it is compared to traditional PRMs. It adapts to how our CRM and partner programs actually work instead of forcing us into a rigid model. The onboarding was very white-glove, integrations were tailored to our setup, and the partner experience is clean and intuitive. It’s saved us a significant amount of manual admin work while giving us much better visibility into partner performance and revenue. The support from the Euler team has been exceptional.

**What do you dislike about EULER?**

Because Euler is highly flexible and configurable, there can be a bit of upfront thinking required during setup to align it to your exact partner model. That said, the team is very hands-on during onboarding and does most of the heavy lifting, so this is more of a consideration than a true downside.

**What problems is EULER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Euler is solving the problem of managing complex partner programs across multiple systems. Before Euler, partner data, referrals, deals, content, and reporting lived in different tools and spreadsheets, which made it hard to scale and easy to lose visibility. With Euler, everything is centralized and tightly integrated with our CRM, which has reduced manual work, improved partner engagement, and given us much clearer insight into partner-sourced revenue.

**What do you like best about EULER?**

I find Euler very easy to use, and whenever I do encounter a problem, the support team is wonderful. I also find the ability to route contracts quickly very helpful. It’s great how Euler connects with Hubspot. I love being able to review leads and accept them through the portal. Setting up Euler was quite straightforward too.

**What do you dislike about EULER?**

There is some functionality that's coming. For instance, I'd love to be able to just send a link to the training flow. Also, many developers don't need all the bells and whistles - it would be super to deep link to the right area. Some of the UX could be improved -- the team is aware of my suggestions.

**What problems is EULER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Euler consolidates content, allows me to review and accept leads from partners, and upload agreements without needing DocuSign. Its training module and quick contract routing are very helpful, and I love its integration with HubSpot.

**What do you like best about EULER?**

I am very impressed with Euler during the initial stages of implementation and migration from PartnerStack. The onboarding experience is incredibly robust, as I received comprehensive support almost immediately after signing the contract. Within an hour or two, I had access to a detailed onboarding plan, a workbook, and a success plan, which were all easy to understand. There is access to everyone I needed at Euler, including their calendars and emails, which ensured continuous support. This setup made it simple for me to grasp the scope and required resource commitments at different times. As a single operator building partnership programs, these onboarding documents and the shared Slack group have been invaluable in providing leadership with visibility into how resources are deployed, along with timelines for expected completion. The direct integration offered by Euler allows us to troubleshoot issues internally or reach out directly to their team via Slack, thus ensuring control and flexibility compared to the previous tool we used. The direct integrations were one of a couple critical factors in the decision making criteria when looking for a new PRM and moving away from PartnerStack.

**What do you dislike about EULER?**

I don't think Euler has the most robust learning management system (LMS) compared to other tools, which some had LMSs built into them. I have to create my own solution to make up for this deficit, which is not ideal but easily achievable with the tools I already have access to.

**What problems is EULER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Euler gives me visibility and control over partnerships, enhancing our workflows and streamlining communication with partners. Its robust tracking and onboarding provide clarity on resource use and timelines, while integration capabilities resolve issues efficiently. These are important functionalities I didn't get with PartnerStack.   I like that my CRM dictates the data, and not the reverse.

We use Euler primarily as a Partner Relationship Management platform, and I am impressed by its ease of setup and robust integration capabilities, especially with Salesforce. I appreciate the dashboard format that surfaces relevant data, which is invaluable for partners. Euler provides a clean, intuitive interface for partners and internal teams alike. The referral submission approval process provides a human validation point to review for form entry error before routing to Sales. Their CS & support teams are responsive and collaborative in resolving issues and incorporating feedback into their product roadmap.

**What do you dislike about EULER?**

There are still some areas where customization and reporting could go deeper, customized with more CRM filters and fields. The default dashboards aren't as effective without the ability to customize by additional filters.

**What problems is EULER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Euler is helping us create a true one-stop-shop for our partners centralizing co-marketing assets, lead management, training and view real time pipeline updates. PAM AI allows partners to self-serve questions related to our partner program and reporting questions on pipeline and referrals, which allows few bottlenecks in response time to questions like this. Features on the roadmap will allow us to better track partner engagement and manage program performance to tier.

Euler is easy to use and quick to implement. The UI is solid, and continuously improving. The core work flows are intuitive, and it saves our team a ton of time.

**What do you dislike about EULER?**

The UI can be finicky at times, but for the most part, nothing a browser refresh won't cure. 

That said, the roadmap and team responsiveness make it clear those gaps are understood and being worked on.

**What problems is EULER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Euler is solving the operational friction that typically comes with partner programs. Specifically onboarding, tracking referrals, and calculating and paying commissions. The platform makes it easy to onboard partners quickly, clearly attribute referrals, and automatically calculate commissions without manual spreadsheets or back-and-forth. That reliability and transparency save time, reduce errors, and build trust with partners. From our perspective, it allows us to focus on driving value and relationships instead of managing administrative overhead, while ensuring partners are paid accurately and on time.

Combination of the product and team. Team from both a deep in the weeds working in partnerships respect (Greg), and success and engineering help. For example they custom built an incentives tier for our partner program - something PartnerStack and Kiflo both refused to do. The slack channel with the team is fantastic.

**What do you dislike about EULER?**

The platform UI/UX changes pretty often - but at the same time this is because they are constantly evolving the platform!

Making it super easy to onboard new partners and get them rewarded for referred deals they bring us.

**What do you like best about EULER?**

I really like Euler for its ease of use, integrations and user interface. The integrations are great and meet my partners where they operate, making the system more effective and efficient than others I've used in the past. The team was super responsive, and the onboarding went extremely smooth. The software has worked exactly as we expected it to. The initial setup was incredibly efficient and only took a couple of weeks.

I don’t have anything bad to say about Euler. Greg and team are building something great and happily work w them again and again.

I really appreciate how quickly Euler is building out new features that we can use. The ease of use and the quick deployment were stand-out aspects for me. I also find the Salesforce bi-directional sync to work great and very reliable. Another reason why we switched to Euler is because it offers more functionality and has a more ambitious roadmap. Nothing in particular -- whenever we have a small issue, the team provides a lightning-fast response and helps us find a resolution!

Euler serves as our "PRM" -- it organizes the records we have on our partner referrals, hosts our onboarding content, and enables our partners to easily submit referrals so we can track attribution and commissions. Having this in one place makes us work more efficiently

I find Euler very helpful in organizing payouts, especially since we have many partners on different incentive plans. I definitely appreciate the level of support from their team, as we have direct access to them and they are very responsive and helpful. The initial setup was very easy. Overall, Euler does everything I need it to do pretty well.

Would highly recommend Euler. We are a 1,200+ company, with hundreds of partners, and the implementation has gone very smoothly. Euler's CX & SE team is very sharp.

**What do you dislike about EULER?**

Euler is a newer platform, and these are by no means product show-stoppers, but there are some small UI tweaks like table search that could be made easier. All of this feedback is well-received by Euler team and they are quick to roadmap changes.

Partner deal registration, partner source and co-sell referral fee commission automation, partner contracting, partner enablement / certification.
