Reporting and customization options could be improved, and more flexibility in settings would enhance the overall user experience. **What problems is eTracker solving and how is that benefiting you?** eTracker helps monitor productivity, track time, and provide visibility into work activity. Besides the first-in-class privacy protection, I also like the UX analysis features which allows me to determine the best way to improve our conversion funnels. **What do you dislike about eTracker?** Although the scope of etrackers service is comparable to that of Google Analytics, it needs some additional configuration because the out-of-the-box-experience caters more towards eCommerce applications like web shops than its main competitor. Also the UI can be a bit clunky and unresponsive. **What problems is eTracker solving and how is that benefiting you?** With etracker's service we are able to track interactions of our users with our web applications in a GDPR-compliant way and without needlesly comprising the user's private information. From a risk management perspective etracker thus allows us to implement web analytics with the confidence that we do not violate the GDPR. ### 3.
