ETQ Reliance’s customizability is among the greatest advantages of the product for our organization. Arel we involve ETQ Reliance across our organization, and the flexibility in customizing distinct workflow plans for each body is very beneficial. It is a great thing how it automatically hooks up with our ERP, which makes data entry seamless and reduces the risk of duplicates from being generated. ETQ Reliance QMS appears to be outdated and somewhat become cumbersome especially if one is starting from ground zero. We often realise that it takes a lot of time to train new employees and this usually frustrates the onboarding process. It does provide some flexibility though and building your own custom workflows can be rather problematic and usually requires some assistance from administrators.
