**What do you like best about ETHOSystems?**

I much appreciated Monia's training and help with implementation. Her experience allowed us to communicate effectively when setting the new system up. Monia was invaluable during implementation and training. Her insights into the system helped us set up an environment to watch job expenses closely. I appreciate someone who has real-world experience in implementation and training. The fact that Sage Intacct integrates smoothly with our payroll and AP solution was a required feature, and I'm so happy it does so easily. Price, ease of use, implementation time, and training were key factors in our decision to implement Sage Intacct with ETHOSystems.

**What do you dislike about ETHOSystems?**

I am too new to the system to give qualified dislikes at this time.

**What problems is ETHOSystems solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ETHOSystems to watch expenses versus budget on projects, ensuring tighter control over job costs. Monia Robles's training was invaluable in setting up checks/balances, and the integration with our payroll and AP solution is seamless.

**What do you like best about ETHOSystems?**

Getting in touch with Ethos is very straightforward. I can reach them through their help desk, and I also have a few direct contacts who are always accessible and respond to my questions promptly.

**What do you dislike about ETHOSystems?**

Until a few months ago, we were having weekly calls with Ethos, but very little progress was made in actually resolving our issues. We had clearly communicated what our concerns were, yet our representative seemed overwhelmed, responded slowly, and often applied temporary fixes instead of addressing the root cause. However, since we changed representatives in October, the service has been outstanding!

**Recommendations to others considering ETHOSystems:**

Speak up for your needs and make sure you have the right support people around you. The team at Ethos is strong and reliable.

**What problems is ETHOSystems solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ethos assisted my company with the implementation of SageIntacct. We worked closely with a representative named Brent, who was especially helpful throughout the process. He participated in many calls with my team, took the time to understand our needs, and listened to how we wanted Intacct to function for us. Brent guided us in setting up the system according to best practices, patiently demonstrating steps and observing as we configured Intacct ourselves to ensure we were proceeding correctly. He was always available to assist us outside of our regular weekly calls whenever we encountered any issues. The Ethos support team was also supportive and helpful during this transition.

Over the past few months, the support system has been really good

**What do you dislike about ETHOSystems?**

Our implementation seemed rushed. Our ecosystem is very dependent on the API between Intacct and Procore. On both the Ethos and Procore sides, it never felt like we had anyone who was an expert at the API and the way data came over for reporting purposes.

**Recommendations to others considering ETHOSystems:**

I would let them know that like any service company a big part of your experience depends on the individual who is assigned to you. However, in my experience, Ethos has been committed to a long-term relationship. We have seen solid efforts to fix issues as they are brought up.

**What problems is ETHOSystems solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The implementation of our accounting software was the problem we originally needed help with.

I had a great experience working with this company. They were incredibly responsive, handled everything quickly and professionally, and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. 
It’s clear they value their customers, and that kind of service is hard to find. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again and highly recommend them to others.

One area for improvement would be having clearer expectations after the migration was completed—specifically around what to expect next and any follow-up steps.

Ethos genuinely strives to collaborate closely with their clients, making sure the transition process is seamless and that support continues well after the initial phase.

I can't think of a single thing I dislike about the service I receive from Ethos.

If you are searching for a partner that genuinely wants to see you succeed, I recommend considering Ethosystems. In my experience, every employee I have interacted with at this company has had my best interests at heart. While there may be other companies seeking your business, I believe this is the best partner you could choose.

**What problems is ETHOSystems solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ethos has been our partner ever since we started using Sage 300 CRE Software. My primary contact, Jeremy Warner, is exceptionally knowledgeable about the software and always patient when I have questions. He is currently updating our custom billing invoice, which involves complex data. Despite the challenges, Jeremy consistently goes above and beyond to analyze the information and address any issues we encounter. I genuinely believe I wouldn't be as familiar with the software without the support of both Ethos and Jeremy.

**What do you like best about ETHOSystems?**

The reps are very friendly and fun to talk to, as well as very knowledgeable about the Sage product. If they can't find an answer the first time, they always circle back with a solution. They care about providing their customers with strong service and resolutions. It is also incredibly easy to schedule time to work through an issue with them; you are never waiting days to resolve!

I honestly do not have a dislike - they are always my first call when I face a Sage issue and have not let me down yet.

Ethos is skilled and tackles problems professionally and quickly. I highly recommend them for all Sage support.

Ethos assists with our Sage 300 system when issues arise. They are thorough, always tracking down the answer to the issue and walking us through the best correction. They have also assisted us with creating custom report formats to fit our business requirements.

**What do you like best about ETHOSystems?**

The ETHOSystems team is extremely knowledgeable and everyone we have worked with has been able to solve our issues. They are very professional and take their time to understand the issue at hand and provide the best solutions. I have worked with other companies in past jobs that make you feel like you don't know what you are doing but the ETHOS team has been great to work with no matter how small the issue may be.

I honestly don't have anything to dislike about ETHOSystems. To date every call has been answered, every issue resolved in a timely manner and every consultant has been well versed and able to provide the best possible assistance to our companies.

**Recommendations to others considering ETHOSystems:**

Be thorough in explaining what your needs are so ETHOSystems can give exactly what you need. If something isn't coming together as you would like, let them know. They have always provided the best customer service and worked with us to make sure we were completely happy. Great company to work with and i look forward to our continued relationship with them.

**What problems is ETHOSystems solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been working with the ETHOSystems team for many years (even prior to them becoming Ethos). They have been all of my companies go to for Sage 300CRE services and support. Tony Merry, Robyn Brimhall and many others have kept us up to date on our Sage Systems, new products and assisted anytime we need help in getting the full use of the Sage 300CRE platform. We recently expanded our platform to include Construction Management and Tony and the team have been excellent in the training and helping us to navigate using the product. Robyn has come to my aid numerous times in dealing with issues with reporting, AP and Job Costing issues that have come up.

I like being able to directly set an appt. with Robyn in lieu of calling a customer service line OR emailing them and waiting on a call back from tech support.

I have not had any issues with Ethosystems

I would definitely recommend Ethosystems as support for SAGE.  I don't know if Ethosystems supports other software's, but, if they are as knowledgeable with those as they are with Sage, they are well worth using as a support service team for your company.

**What problems is ETHOSystems solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ethos is our service partner with SAGE 300 CRE.  Fortunately, I don't have too many issues but I use them extensively towards the end of the year for year end functions.  With that being said, when I do have issues/questions arise with Sage throughout the year, my contact with Ethos is very available.  I am going to do a plug for her, Robyn Brimhall.  She has been outstanding to work with, very knowledgeable, courteous and, as I stated, available.  IF there is ever an issue that is even something she hasn't seen, she will do her due diligence to research and get an answer for me.

What I like best about ETHOSystems is the outstanding support we receive from Robyn Brimhall, Certified Consultant. She is always responsive, professional, and thorough in addressing our needs with SAGE 300 CRE—whether it’s moving files to history, assisting with ACH files, supporting credit card tasks, or guiding us through year-end processes. Robyn makes complex issues simple to resolve and gives us confidence that our system is being managed properly.

The only challenge we experience is that Robyn Brimhall, Certified Consultant, is in such high demand. Because she is extremely knowledgeable and responsive, her schedule can get very full. While this sometimes means we have to wait for her availability, it also speaks to the value she brings and the trust so many clients place in her expertise.

Even when the steps to fix an issue are complex, Robyn guides us through them so they're easy to follow. She makes sure were resolving problems correctly and in the simplest way possible. She also takes the extra step of showing us how to double-check that our system is functioning properly, which gives us confidence if something goes wrong, we can detect it earlier and get it fixed.

I don't have anything I dislike. Our experience with ETHOSystem has been consistently positive.

I highly recommend reaching out to ETHOSystems before attempting anything new in Sage 300. Whether it's fixing an issue or trying a process I've never done before, I always go to Robyn first. Her expertise saves me a lot of time and prevents unnecessary headaches compared to trying to figure it out on my own.

ETHOSystems has been instrumental in helping us resolve ERP integration challenges between Sage 300 and Procore. We often encounter complex issues that can stall our workflows, but Robyn consistently provides quick and effective solutions. I have worked with Robyn Brimhall several times to resolve issues with our Sage CRE Product, she is definitely our go to person at ETHOSystems.  Most recently, she handled a whole project consisting of Sage Timberline Office data folder clean-up, Archiving and Upgrading to V25.2.  She has also helped us with customizing our Job Cost by Category report, mapping our payroll items to the proper GL Accounts/Categories, fixing A/P and A/R entries that had been made incorrectly, to name a few.  She has also helped me as a first time Sage CRE user in general with guidance on routine tasks such as making backups and period closing of modules and teaching me some helpful shortcuts, etc.

ETHOSystems team is there to help after you buy the software.  They don't just sell you a product and leave you on your own.

They have been instrumental in helping us build reports.  Pam is super supportive with writing reports and tricks of the trade.  Shantal is always willing to point me in the right direction when I can't figure out how to complete a task.
The monthly education webinars are so helpful.  I learn something new each time.  Many times I learn something new from others questions.

**What do you like best about ETHOSystems?**

Robin Brimhall is our consultant and is spot on when it comes to her knowledge of the software. She has helped us out of multiple complex situations, designed custom reports for us, and helped us configure our software setup. She is always very professional and does an amazing job for us. Highly recommend!

**What do you dislike about ETHOSystems?**

I don't dislike anything about EthoSystems. However, I suggest they think about promoting a yearly check up with their clients to see if the products they are using are still the best for their operation, or if they could be using their existing products better. Sometimes business get stuck doing things the same way and need some third party perspective. It could be a selling opportunity for EthoSystems.  EthoSystems does offer classes and networking opportunities. I need to sign up!

**What problems is ETHOSystems solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EthoSystems provides excellent accounting and project management software solutions and consulting to our construction firm. We have been using Sage CRE 300 for our organization for several years.

I highly recommend Ethos software—it’s been a game-changer for us. The platform is intuitive, streamlines processes, and saves time by eliminating a lot of manual work. Their support team is responsive, they have a wealth of knowledge and they really understands the needs of businesses in our industry. If you’re looking for a solution that improves efficiency and provides clear insights, Ethos is definitely worth it.

Solving the 'corkiness' of sage 300 and functionality. Ensuring we are well versed in understanding how the program is written and updates are done to ensure we have all the tools necessary to operate the program.

The broader support team is responsive, informed, and easy to work with. I've worked with Robyn B. regularly and can't say enough about how helpful, knowledgeable, and reliable she is. Whether it's custom reporting for Sage 300 CRE, training, unexpected issues that pop up or guidance on year end processes, she's always quick to jump in and support us. She's resourceful and truly understands our needs. Overall, it's been a solid experience working with their team.

There have been some limitations when it comes to customizing certain features or reports, but the team has been good about helping us find workarounds or alternatives when needed.

Jeremy Warner.  If he wasn't with ETHOSystems, I feel I would be less likely to reach out.  I know by the time Jeremy is involved, I am going to get my answers.

**What do you dislike about ETHOSystems?**

I only dislike that we did not rely on ETHOSystems earlier to get our Sage figured out faster.  We spent years of trial and error, and I wish we could go back in time and ask for help earlier.

**Recommendations to others considering ETHOSystems:**

Highly recommend.  As I mentioned, I wish we would have setup a few hours with them early on when we first purchased Sage and asked them for help setting up various reports/settings that would have saved us a ton of time and money over the years.  We figured it out ourselves, but it took way longer, and was probably not done the easiest way...

**What problems is ETHOSystems solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jeremy and I have worked together on many minor issues in the past, but most recently worked together as we sold our company and needed to retain portions of information from our old company to be pulled into our new company.  Jeremy was phenomenal.  He was professional, thorough, extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and made the whole process smoother.  His outside-the-box thinking made the difference in saving our company information and he was able to reach out to Sage contacts to come up with a genius solution to a unique problem we had when dealing with Procore.  I cannot thank him enough for all of the big things and little things he helped with, and I am so grateful to have Jeremy as a resource for our future needs.

Robyn is always very quick to respond to questions, and she is completely helpful and friendly. She is extremely knowledgeable, and it has been great working with her over the past few years. I truly enjoy the time we work together.

I don't have any dislikes. Whenever I encountered a problem or issue, Robyn was able to resolve it quickly and efficiently.

We need to extract employee information for our parent company to transfer into another system. Robyn has come up with several solutions to make this process easier. As a smaller office with many responsibilities, we often feel overwhelmed, but Robyn has helped reduce some of the stress involved in completing these tasks.

Give John a raise and pass costs along to Powers -- he deserves every penny we pay you all.

We do not have a deep SAGE 300 CRE Knowledge.  John has worked with us for years with bi-weekly calls to help address issues and provide SIGNIFICANT BENEFICIAL TRAINING to me and my staff.  His understanding of SAGE 300 CRE and accounting is the best I have seen.  He is always there for us, for fast quick emergencies due to our error or to provide extensive training for how to properly use SAGE. We depend on his expertise.  He is very friendly and always willing to listen to help us solve our issues (again usually caused by us).   Thank you JOHN for everything.

I find that EthoSystems is very responsive and appointments can be set up within the same day.
You can be assured you will reach someone very knowledgeable regarding the Sage software.

Once you figure out how the program is laid out, all the screens are similar.  The system is set up to catch errors so they can be fixed.  There is a lot of UDF's (user defined fields) and places to store as many contacts as desired.

**What do you like best about ETHOSystems?**

I have worked with Ethos at my last employer before coming to P3.  I have always had quick responses and everyone I have worked with has been extremely helpful and knowledgable.

**What do you dislike about ETHOSystems?**

I haven't run into any issues with working with Ethos.

**What problems is ETHOSystems solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been using Sage 300 for quite some time and Ethos helped clearing out a lot of old data in Job Cost, Accounts Payable, General Ledger etc...Robyn was very proficient in her knowledge in getting the task completed quickly and efficiently.
