I use it all the time as it's very easy to navigate. I have also used the research capabilities when I have a new lead that isn't already in the database. This feature has saved me valuable time. I highly recommend Etailinsights to anyone active in the ecommerce space. **What do you dislike about Etailinsights?** I find the toolset easy to use and very intuitive as well, so I don't have rally any negatives. **What problems is Etailinsights solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest asset is seeing who all the players are in the organization. Many times we'll have someone reaching out to us. Once we see their position inside the company based on Etailinsights data, it helps us make the correct approach. Knowing if the person is the CEO or director of ecommerce helps greatly. ### 2. In cases when something tailored is needed or another dimension of information, there is a team of people to help. **What do you dislike about Etailinsights?** The data and enrichment services are strongest for North America. **What problems is Etailinsights solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have used it most deeply for Market Intelligence and Addressable market analysis. ### 3. The Positive Reviews are incentivized. Unfortunately, there are still bugs with Hubspot, so even this positive aspect has problems. **What do you dislike about Etailinsights?** The data. It's simply not accurate. Org charts show people no longer with an organization. Phone numbers are generic 800#s. Revenue, employees, sales etc are all off by a large % in my experience. In bringing this to the attention of my account rep and the CEO, they stood behind their software and reminded me of my multi-year agreement signed by my predessors. I writing this to save other companies money from buying this service. There are better ways to build pipeline. **What problems is Etailinsights solving and how is that benefiting you?** Surprise, surprise, the positive reviews for this service are incentivized. The key for this type of product to build pipeline is accurate data. Despite all of the scraping and "proprietary algorithms," I showed the CEO and my account rep that their data is simply inaccurate by more than 20% in the examples I provided. I literally took a portion of my client list with actual data and matched it up to theirs and shared the excel file with them to show them the variance. The numbers it quotes are little better than a google search. It will under/over state revenues, employees, sales, etc. If you're simply looking for tech stack, this could be an option for you, although there are cheaper tools where you could accomplish the same. Just so it's clear I'm not complaining to be complaining, the search function and criteria are functionally correct and easy enough to use. Once you successfully sync your CRM. it's also easy to import the data. However, the problem is that the data is simply not actionable as mentioned before. Unfortunately, a multi-year agreement was signed before I got to this company, but I will be sure to cancel before the agreement is up. I'm writing this review to prevent other companies from wasting their money. ### 4. It would be great if there was an integration to dynamics CRM or more companies listed outside of the US, but they took the time to set the right expectations upfront. It's consistently incorrect, and in many cases--especially for large retailers--it's marked as "Macro: > $500M" which is unhelpful. It provides DBA information, child/parent relationship, revenue streams, daily orders processed, websites they sell on and if they have physical locations. Etail is a very resourceful tool in all stages of company profiling. You can also 'watch" companies that are of interest and Etail will send you data reports as information is updated. I've had lots of success finding what I'm looking for by using the advanced search. **What do you dislike about Etailinsights?** A lot of the companies that I'm researching don't list current employees at the company. I usually use Etailinsights to find employee information, which doesn't help when companies don't have them listed. **What problems is Etailinsights solving and how is that benefiting you?** A lot of the projects that I do involves finding emails of employees working at companies that I'm researching.
