Greenhouse offers best way of creating a Talent requisition request, along with the request creation, it also helps TA team to track the Job application till closure. I think that the one aspect I like the least about greenhouse is that there is no undo button when merging profiles as sometimes out of habbit I will merge a profile that is the same name but two completely different candidates and I cannot go back to undo the merge.
