What is Estimating Link?

Estimating Link software is designed specifically for heavy civil construction estimating and bidding. This easy-to-use program helps you centralize your data, increase your speed & accuracy, and increase profit margins. Estimating Link allows users to create and re-use task data from previous jobs and scale tasks to the appropriate amount of work being done. The solution features subcontractor/material and rate table comparisons as well as a fuel worksheet that automatically recalculates the appropriate resources. It also offers the ability to move revenue sources in order to take advantage of quantity overruns or underruns. Users can check their bids for possible errors and the program will report potential pitfalls and oversights. Estimating Link integrates with DOT electronic bidding systems and can export data directly into accounting and project management systems. Multi-user capabilities enable multiple estimators to edit the same project simultaneously. Our award winning customer support goes beyond our intuitive software interface and is always included. Whether you’re taking our software for a test drive with our Free Trial, or you’ve been with us for decades, help is there when you need it.

What do you like best about Estimating Link?

Very user-friendly and easy to use. I never need to worry if my work is saved; it continually saves my work as you enter the info. Also, we have power outages very often, and it saves me time not having to reinput the information every time it goes out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Estimating Link?

Honestly, I dislike nothing about the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Estimating Link solving and how is that benefiting you?

Estimating Link currently is not solving any issues that I know of. However, when I have a problem and contact them, it is taken care of immediately, generally within 24 hours. I have been using Estimating Link for roughly ten-plus years and have never been delayed by an issue for more than 24 hours. In addition, everyone is very willing to help and walk you through anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With Estimating Link we are able to quickly create accurate estimates , estimates can quickly be modified based on the job conditions. Our job profitablity is consistent due to the accurate estimates we are able to create! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
