Great tool for managing sales process from recruiting potential customers to closing contracts. Software helps with leads, closing ratios and other metrics, and profit accounting. Estimate Rocket provides templates that you can customize and has online support whenever you need assistance. System is cloud based and training is excellent- both online videos to help and online live training provided. The software doesn't have an API- Application Programming Interface, which makes it difficult for us to connect Estimate Rocket to other internal systems. We use Zapier that requires an API key and that creates an issue. Also, it would be helpful to have an mobile iPhone application for Estimate Rocket Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Estimate Rocket is easy to use and set up. I like the fact that I can create templates for items or descriptions I use often. It will also accept payments through credit cards. Your estimate look and feel is totally customizable. I have added photos of the products I use instead of just words. This give the extra edge. Customer service is great and quick.
