System is cloud based and training is excellent- both online videos to help and online live training provided. The software doesn't have an API- Application Programming Interface, which makes it difficult for us to connect Estimate Rocket to other internal systems. Estimate Rocket is easy to use and set up. I like the fact that I can create templates for items or descriptions I use often. It will also accept payments through credit cards. Your estimate look and feel is totally customizable. I have added photos of the products I use instead of just words. This give the extra edge. Customer service is great and quick.
