
For the past 5 years Essintial has been the sole source provider of service coverage for break/fix calls for The Hillman Group in Canada and on an as-needed basis in the US. We have also contracted Essintial for a few technical projects that required 3rd party service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like most is that Essintial has a streamlined process for dispatching their reps and in the event that escalation is needed, we have had little to no difficulty in reaching someone. Also, I like that Essintial reps can be dispatched on weekends as we often need coverage on the weekends for higher volume accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
