What do you like best about Esri Location Data?
I love the ability to quickly see a large variety of stats for my city or state. In an instant, I can see wealth, health, education, any sort of factor I want to look at on the map. It's hard to notice trends in a table, but it becomes abundantly clear which areas are under-resourced when plotted on the map. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Esri Location Data?
It's not abundantly obvious what to do when you first start, and which factors to look at. There's metadata, but for a beginner, it would be helpful to have a guide and suggestions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Esri Location Data?
Esri leads the pack among other ArcGis solutions by providing such a large breadth of key population characteristics to power insightful analysis and reporting of demographic data across more than 130 countries. I can say with absolute certainty that the powerful features and tools found within this award-winning software have added never before realized clarity in narrating the stories behind data clearly for decision-makers. This has lead to an exponential improvement in how we conceptualize solutions within our organization and empower better business decisions.

What do you dislike about Esri Location Data?
Almost nothing major to complain about. But, if I had to pick something to improve, I'd say the following points are the most important to consider:
You can gather detailed census data for free but otherwise, it can be somewhat costly. They do have pricing for non-profits, which I do enjoy quite a bit.
APIs can also be improved for developer use.
Finding specific information for a location can be a bit streamlined.
Takes some getting used to learning and using the software, but the overall learning curve is not too high.
Improve the ability to quickly and effortlessly create presentations using information from Esri Demographics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Esri Location Data?
The most important feature I like in the suite is its compatible and cohesiveness with other software and applications.
1. Designed to be intrusive and every inch of the suite has taken a precise care.

1. pricing is one of the major cons, being a industry leader and monopoly they have the freehand to charge based on the cost, but should have cost-effective option for SME Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Living Atlas of the World?
Living Atlas has been very helpful to me as a merchant marine. I like to drill down into regions of countries and see what the terrain is like. It pinpoints certain demographics that are not as easy to research. I've never seen an online resource with the level of specificity that this program offers. What do you dislike about Living Atlas of the World?
I don't like having to sign in to Esri. I find the bureaucracy around signing up for Esri to be unnecessary. The features should be publicly available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
