Esper is an exceptionally useful tool to collaborate on developing policies, procedures, and / or in developing other documents needing input from multiple departments / offices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Although Esper uses a Word type of program for producing written documents, it does not have the same spelling, grammar, mechanics/structure foundation to recommend corrections and/or identify errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

By taking a wholestic approach to policies and understanding the capabilities within Esper, we were quick to realize that the Esper platform met our current requirements and offered so many desired elements related to workflows, security, collaboration and search. This allowed for a complete and final policy to be delivered in a consumable digital and, much to my chagrin, printed format if required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Esper was initiallly hard to acquire for the Commonwealth. This is largely no fault of Esper, but the legacy acquisition methods of state governments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
