Eskill hosting the website for testing and correcting tests is very helpful.

Having more clear buttons and actions to know when you are done marking a test

its helping by doing the testing for entry level jobs that once they pass it they are certified and don't have to write again.  WIth only 2 long answer questions to answer my self it saves my a lot of time not having to correct tests

**What do you like best about eSkill?**

Overall I think it has been very beneficial to our organization.  It has allowed us to navigate new hire candidates ability to multitask, as well as basic computer functions.  This is a huge factor in our determination of job fit and role within our company.  

**What do you dislike about eSkill?**

We have he some errors with is locking out occasionally, which requires the candidates to restart the test over.  That is minor but could impact their true rating if they get a second attempt.

**What problems is eSkill solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us determine best job fit for candidates.  We have work at home and on site opportunities.  Utilizing the eSkill helps us determine the capacity to handle computer tasks, multitasking, and overall troubleshooting capabilities.  If they cannot meet standards we set of eSkill we will look to go for an on site position to better play to the candidates strengths and creat an overall better onboarding experience.

Their promptness to address questions.  They have offered solutions when needed.  We do not use any other tools with this solution.  eSkill is more affordable and easier to use.

We have not experienced anything we dislike.  The application works properly.  We have had no issues that eSkill has been unable to assist with.  eSkill is prompt.

Each time I log in, I mark the remember me option. I get logged out every single time and have to re enter my credentials.

There aren't many downsides to eskill. I would like a little more freedom to edit the layout/look of questions that I create in the editor.

eSkill makes it possible for us to create written tests for many of our recruitments even with a small team. This is possible because there is already a wealth of questions in the eSkill test bank.

There isn't much! Some custom tests do take time to be created, but the team has been transparent about this from the beginning so it never causes any issues.

If you are looking for a testing platform that can be customized and integrates with other systems, eSkill is a great choice!

**What do you like best about eSkill?**

eSkill is intuitive and incredibly easy to use! It saves our Recruitment Team considerable time in the initial screening process. The team is incredibly helpful with customer questions, providing solutions, and support in learning the tool.

**What do you dislike about eSkill?**

The only two challenges we have with eSkill is the lack of compatibility with Google Suite (whereas it is compatible with Microsoft) and considering how to make tests more accessible (i.e. using vision readers, etc).

**What problems is eSkill solving and how is that benefiting you?**

eSkill is saving us significant time as an early stage in our applicant screening process. We are able to effectively and efficiently screen for specific skills, while saving both applicant and team time.

**What do you like best about eSkill?**

I like how user-friendly it is.  There are a lot of choices for excel and various applications.  Ethan was very accommodating when we needed to ask a question. He also offered assistance in creating tests.

**What do you dislike about eSkill?**

Did not have enough tests in the education sector.  They did try and see if they can create a test but the content wasn't what we were looking for. We also asked for a 5 min typing test but we were not able to get one.

Not solving any problems. They have tried to create tests but the content is not what we are looking for.

The ability to take from the wide range of existing questions and add in our own customer questions for surveys.  This has proved very useful for our team.

Nothing comes to mind at this time.  The only critique would be that the interface could use some work.

We are using this tool for both new hire screening and for internal staff training purposes.

The use of the library where you select your questions.

It is practical in use, secured, and safe.

It is used to select the best candidates and hire the most qualified ones.

**What do you dislike about eSkill?**

It could be technical problems that occur unexpectedly. It is not possible to attach more than one document to one question. Not all scorers can access the platform if they are not part of the organization staff.

Cheating and loss of time are the problems solved by eskills. It prevents recruiters from hiring unqualified candidates. When I use eskills as a candidate, I am able to manage my time.

I liked being able to get interim emails about the scores and the ability to view in a portal.  I also really liked being able to download pdf reports for my hiring team

**What do you dislike about eSkill?**

I didn't have anything that I didn't like, Warren was really helpful and trained me how to use it and recommended suitable tests which was invaluable for my first time

We have a huge disparity in the cover letters that are submitted in our ATS and the managers struggle to shortlist.  This gives us some data around a key skill to assist with who to move to interview

The coverage of most job and subject descriptions. The efficiency and the fact that you can have emails sent to you if someone completes the test.

**What do you dislike about eSkill?**

Though there are a lot of tests, oil and gas are not included. In our country that is a very important field of work. Also, they keep logging me out or I have to log out myself manually which is a bit of a hindrance, even though I click the remember me. I use eSkill every day and wish you guys can rectify this issue. Also, creating tests is not user-friendly, it made me feel as though I needed to be in the field with immense knowledge to create the test.

It helps us gauge where our potential candidates are. This helps us match the candidates better to the job.

The ability to create custom tests - the are a lot of different categories to pick and choose from.

**What do you dislike about eSkill?**

The only thing I dislike is that the tests are not able to easily be converted to the languages (like Spanish, for example).  eSkill does have the translation service available, but it is costly.

eSkill is a great way to c compare candidates while recruiting ... and super easy to administer!

It's great to have the test we created to be a barometer when comparing similarly situated candidates.

It helps us weed out applicants. We use eSkill in order to find more talent. In our hiring process, we do prescreening, then after-we ave them take exams on subjects that are relevant for their job. If they don't pass them-then we do not move forward with them!

This software helps us see how good someone is at multi-tasking, typing on a QWERTY keyboard, and their level of customer service. It is perfect for us to assess our Patient Access Representatives.

This software helps us see how good someone is at multi-tasking, great to use for Occupations such as CDL, and the medical field.

I like the flexibility eSkills offers.  We can create different assessments for our various positions.

It takes some time to search for and find the best questions that suit your needs, so the initial time commitment is challenging, but once you have your basic assessments set up, it is very user-friendly.

eSkill has a wealth of pre-written questions by category to choose from which makes my job a lot easier. From technical to behavioural questions, they have them all!

**What do you dislike about eSkill?**

I find the system easy to use and their customer service to be stellar. I don't have a negative comment.

**Recommendations to others considering eSkill:**

This is an easy to use tool to assess skills and gain some insight into a candidate's strengths.

**What problems is eSkill solving and how is that benefiting you?**

eSkill makes it easier to explore candidates' strengths and being able to save the tests for future use saves a ton of time. If I am being honest, I have learned a few things from the questions themselves!

The best part of this platform in my opinion is the ability to have template testing that you can pick select questions to create your own testing.

I do not have anything at this point that i do not like.

E-Skill is providing us the ability to get testing sent out to our candidates which gives us the ability to assess skills required for certain postions.

I like that it has custom branding and that you can create custom questions.

**What do you dislike about eSkill?**

I strongly dislike 99% of their canned assessments. They don't give us the types of results we need to truly assess a candidate's skills. Often the questions are lackluster and "pick all that apply" which don't tell us how someone thinks.

It was supposed to solve the manual testing process, and the benefit was supposed to be time saving.

**What do you like best about eSkill?**

I love the templates that eSkill makes available to either borrow completely for a test, or to add piecemeal to a custom skill test. The support we received as also very helpful in making sure we made the most of our investment into this product.

**What do you dislike about eSkill?**

Sometimes the menus can be a little confusing without floating help descriptors, but a quick email to our account representative greatly increased my ability to confidently use the platform and customize the product as needed.

**What problems is eSkill solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was trying to find a test that was both empirically supported, but would allow me to ensure that relevant skills to my position were screened. The hires we made that went through eSkill's assessment have been some of our most job-ready candidates this year.

The multitasking simulator is amazing. It allows us to pick reliable canditates.

The typing test could be better. It's sometimes hard to figure out the difference between wpm and the entry speed.

This product will help you in finding viable candidates and the multitasking simulator is amazing!

There are so many assessments to choose from. Lots of tests and lots of subjects.

The accounting assessments could be better.  Very strong accountants get frustrated when taking them.

It helps us check our candidates' skillsets before presenting them to our clients.  It offers us another piece of data to use when marketing candidates.

My Support Agent, They are helpful, creative, supportive and prompt.  When they are out of the office, the support filling in was just as exceptional and caring and provided the same level of care and support.  I love consistency and excellent customer service and they never disappoint.

Too many steps to see how many tests are left, which is was easily viewable on the landing page.

It is able to send out multiple emails to managers when someone completes a test, that way I do not have to send a bunch of emails about who finished the test or not.

There really is no issue I have with the system currently.

eSkill has a user-friendly interface. It is easy to use and edit specifications to tailor fit to needs. My candidates never need to troubleshoot because it is simple and straight to the point.

Synching of results from when my client answered the test to reporting the results sometimes takes a while.
