What do you like best about Esker?

The automation and efficiency that Esker has made within our Accounts Payable department. The tool is easy to use and provides many different data points and customizable reports. What do you dislike about Esker?

Integration and alignment of data between Esker and generic ERPs can be a challenge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Esker solving and how is that benefiting you?

Esker has solved our problem of manual data entry dramatically allowing our AP team to focus on value-add activities and discrepancies in AP. What do you like best about Esker?

The system increases visibility of all invoices paid or unpaid. Allows for user customized workflows to improve efficiencies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As of now, Esker does not provide auto-escalation on invoices out for approval. We have to manually do this for a large number of invoices not approved in a timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Esker:

Esker is a very user friendly product. I highly recommend paying extra to use their connected module. Too many challenges occur when disconnected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Esker?

Esker is super quick when needing to move invoices from place to place. It is also very user friendly and easy to assist our customers with what they need to do . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes when there is an issue with Esker, it may take customer service a long time before an issue gets resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
