**What do you like best about eSign & eSignature Solution for SAP SuccessFactors?**

I'm a self-employed consultant and I have learned the hard way that working with my clients using a contract is essential. In our digital world, having an online option for that is also important. I have used eSign for several years and I find it easy to use. Most importantly, my clients do as well. I rely on eSign to help run my business.

**What do you dislike about eSign & eSignature Solution for SAP SuccessFactors?**

I honestly can't think of anything I don't like with eSign, but I only use the basics since my contracts are generally short and simple, so I don't have a complete knowledge of the whole software. The part I use works flawlessly.

**What problems is eSign & eSignature Solution for SAP SuccessFactors solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I said, a contract is essential between myself and my clients and the ability to create and deliver them virtually, have them tracked and signed online, and the notification that triggers are awesome. It truly takes the worry out of this part of my business.
