There is not much to dislike. You have access to a sophisticated and useful UI, that allows customing this to your needs. If there is one item, bots and ransomware scare us. We often include Malware on most of our PC's.

The application isn't heavy like other endpoint software, it quietly runs in the background doing it's job.

They often change the version which requires work on our end to update a lot of endpoints and servers to get them to update.
