The cloud management feature allows us to manage our systems without the need for an on-premise server. We are able to deploy software, monitor for incidents, configure notifications and manage licensing in one centralized cloud-based console.

Getting support can be challenging at times, and some issues take too long to resolve. This is not related to production functionality, but rather to the cloud management system, where some administrators cannot perform some functions even though they have full rights.

The primary issue we have solved is that the cloud management has allowed us to retire an on-premise server used for management of our prior solution. Also, the ESET PROTECT Advanced is better at detecting phishing and infected emails than the system implemented by our cloud-based email provider.

It does not slow down our computers like other antivirus. In addition NOD32 creates a second protection wall when visiting any banking website.

The contact with the company by email is very slow. They always respond after several days.

It is an excellent antivirus at the business level. It has very good characteristics.

We need to reduce the maintenance costs of our computers and we have bought NOD32 for a good price.

We like the intuitive UI and the superior functionality of ESET Endpoint Security. When compared to alternatives its obvious ESET clearly the best option.

The management using Connectwise Automate is lacking. It has been getting better but we are still having troubles with some deployment aspects, policy applications, and licensing.

This is the best AV solution we have tested. We have been using it since 2008.

We use ESET Endpoint to secure all of our client machines as well as our own internally. We used to layer it with Malwarebytes but with the recent increases of functionality we have phased out MB and are relying solely on ESET and it has not let us down!

eSet has been a mostly positive addition to our toolbox in securing our endpoints. We did have some recent issues with an upgrade.

The most recent upgrade of the eSet agents caused issues with some of our servers, especially our database servers. The CPU's spiked and caused us problems, possibly linked to a full scan but were not sure. Support was not very helpful when we reported the issue.

Worth testing in your environment.

For the most part eSet has been an easy tool to deploy and manage in our organization.

You have control over how little or how much protection you can run.

It scans everything behind the scenes and let's me know if there are any dangerous files.

This is a solid security product for a good price. Uses very little memory while running in the background, so it doesn't slow things down like other security software.

I'd like to see more active updates to make sure I'm staying up with current threats
