I do not know if this is suppose to be sarcasm--but for the record--nearly all the imported listings only had the ebay item specifics included as the whole entire etsy description--whereas the body of the ebay description was not imported, namely, all the important stuff--so have to do all this manually/individually. The listings ARE compatible with etsy and are active.

So does your sign-off "CANCELLED" in caps mean that service is cancelled?

Wow--I find your reply to be RUDE and unwarranted--Your customer service is terrible--surely, some form of "thank you for giving us a try...your service will be cancelled after the current billing period" and actually closing with your name--real or otherwise. You truly do not inspire much confidence. Frankly, I am dumbfounded by your reply--quite odd, really.

I used it and still had to do too much revising to ALL the imported listings so is not really saving me any time.

It does upload the listings with some information and the photos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No support. The phone number rings, it says "press zero for tech support." When you press zero, it says "Press zero for tech support." When you press zero, ...

The help videos are mumbled, and he keeps repeating "it's simple!" The help videos show different screens than the program when you use it.

The program is out of sequence - you are supposed to do step 4 first, then step 1 then, I don't know. At one point, you have to locate a tiny font which says "click here to continue", and then when you are finished, you get no confirmation, the page just sits there as if nothing happened.

You can't even log in to the program until you figure out what they mean by "shop" - is it the Ebay site? the Etsy site or the esa program? Which login do you need, the user name, the login name the store name?

When the items didn't upload properly he blamed me, saying I should not have paid for the item until I uploaded the items. Yet he had demanded I pay first BEFORE using the program. In any event, no "free trial" as the splash page promises.

When the items finally uploaded, they were all in the wrong category, and they all had free shipping. So you have to go through all 1000 items, or how ever many you have, and change this information one by one before they can be listed.

The help person or programmer won't tell me how or if these programs can be resolved. He says he "doesn't answer random questions." He says he has "other customers" to help - yes, that I do believe! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

i have been enjoying the free service for almost a year and i absolutely love it, it is the perfect solution for startups Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I did not have any problems with is so far, the pictures could be larger but i know there is a paid version for that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

how easy it was to set app up and use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

when import was complete (free version) it import some random category's and lost of tags and number above my types that i could not figure out how to remove or hide from public view Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Much quicker and easier to use without as many bugs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Doesn't always make changes to your listings, easier to delete original listing and re-upload. not a big deal Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can import my listing from ebay to shopify which is a +++. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
