**What do you like best about Erp-One Consulting Inc.?**

It has great support team, its data security, easy access and manageablity, great performance, friendly user interface all these are positive sides of this ERP and overall a great software to work on. Ability to use the software for multiple users make it more convenient

**What do you dislike about Erp-One Consulting Inc.?**

Initially, the implementation pase is very complex, it is really time consuming process, also getting the team trained for this took a lot of time as it require an expertise in the particular field. But the oracle implementation team was really supportive. One thing that exceeds all the good thing is its cost.

**Recommendations to others considering Erp-One Consulting Inc.:**

If the organisation is big and need to be managed at different levels along with multiple heads to be managed, you can surely think of this ERP-ONE as an ultimate solution, there are other options available like SAP but this is comparatively easier to understand and access

**What problems is Erp-One Consulting Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Used Oracle JD Edwards Enterprise in our HR department and Account department to manage employees details and their activity like logging in, daily productivity, results and performance matrix. It was really easy, convenient and user friendly.
