The interface feels old and clunky. It looks like it hasn’t changed much in years, and simple tasks can take way more clicks than they should. Compared to newer GIS and remote sensing tools, it just doesn’t feel intuitive.

The learning curve is steep. If you’re new, it can be overwhelming. A lot of tools assume you already know the theory behind image processing, and there’s not much hand-holding built in.

The tool icons are really helpful as the icons make it easier to know what the tool does. The process is also faster than the previous software like ENVI and ArcGIS which I used. Additionally, the image processing is also faster, and it does not take time as it does in other softwares. The interface is smooth and, It did not take me a lot of time to get use to it. The tool box and the way how instruction is shown is very useful, as even if I get stumbled on any tool, it shows what the tool does. Sometimes I wish the application had more shortcut keys. The application could be more faster I guess. If I had more shortcut keys I would do my job faster and the interface would be very fun to use it as well. On one hand the software may not be aesthetically pleasing as it is a technical software, if it were, I guess it would seem complex. I also wish that the meta data text could be made bigger as well. as sometimes, I have difficult time reading the text.
