Unlike traditional diversity training workshops, Thrive is a cloud-based training solution that is scalable, self-paced and remote-ready. In fact, the platform was designed to address the fundamental problem with traditional diversity programming — that is, awareness workshops (such as unconscious bias training), alone are ineffective at facilitating behavior change.
