The EQS Integrity Line platform is straightforward and easy for users to understand. The default configuration is easily tailored to specific business needs. The only downside of the default platform is that it does not integrate direct telephone lines without incurring additional cost. But in the digital age, where practically everyone has a mobile phone on them, the web-based platform still allows voice recordings, so this is a very minor issue -- and one that can be addressed with purchased add-ons.
