**What do you like best about EQL?**

EQL is a great platform to ensure fairness in our high profile launches.  Each launch is easy to set up and process.  The team is unmatched in exemplary support and is very willing to help us achieve unique needs for our buisness. Highly recommend working with the EQL team to elevate launches and collaborate with a stellar team.

**What do you dislike about EQL?**

If there are downsides, I haven't seen them!

**What problems is EQL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to create limited edition product and sell them in a fair way.  Our customer base can see that we are creating a launch type that combats bots and allows true fans to purchase all while creating an elevated look and feel to the exeprience.

**What do you like best about EQL?**

We just did our first launch with EQL and couldn't be happier. Their team has been amazing to work with, extremely helpful, responsive, open to new ideas, and executed our plan with ease. The platform itself has changed the way we are thinking about our strategy and has unlocked a capability that we are thrilled to continue to use.

**What do you dislike about EQL?**

The only challenge we faced with EQL was the integration into Salesforce. While that was more legwork that anticipated, the results were still great!

**What problems is EQL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our current website doesn't support a raffle option and this enables that capability.

Ease of use of the self-service portal and the support we get from our customer success manager.

**What do you dislike about EQL?**

I would like more direct access to data/analytics.

**What problems is EQL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EQL helps us to automate lottery style releases and to gain insights about potential product demand.
