Epsilon streamlines work orders by putting all the steps into one page. No more clicking around to find the different steps, just scroll down and sign off your steps. I havn't been with the company long but it was easy to pick up how to use it. It is an easy program to use, and we use it quite often. I like the different features, like being able to leave comments on each step to let others that may not be around you know what your thoughts are or problems you had. Epsilon3 contains most of our procedures, it is nice to be able to have a database you can navigate through with scripts when assistance is needed on the spot. As well as seeing many improvements along the way makes the system more user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
