Response from Max Mednik of Epsilon3

Thanks! You can already customize how to go down different paths depending on previous step outcomes using our Conditional Flow block.

What do you like best about Epsilon3?

I like how much information Epsilon3 can have in its system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Epsilon3?

I think Epsilon3 can have too much though, and it is hard to navigate at times, and not the most user-friendly system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Max Mednik of Epsilon3

Thanks! We are working on some navigation improvements coming soon.

"Needs more work"
3/5
What do you like best about Epsilon3?

There's a lot of helpful and straightforward information on Epsilon3. When it works, it helps implement various tasks a lot quicker than legacy methods while working on providing customer support to our customers, and I use it every time I get an opportunity. Overall it could be a great tool, but needs a bit more work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Epsilon3?

It is quite difficult to find relevant articles using only the tools provided, which makes the search experience very poor. Procedures that involve branching paths can be confusing since there are no options to select a path via included buttons, and one has to manually look for the relevant section. It would also be great if it was more integrated with our other software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Max Mednik of Epsilon3

Thanks, Paulius! We are working to make the search experience better in the near future, and we have several APIs available to further integrate the software with your other tools. For the conditional flows, you can already set up various paths/choices using buttons (Multiple Choice field input type).

"Better than anything I've used before"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Epsilon3?

Epsilon3 is a great way to centralize procedures in a location that everyone can access. One of my favorite things about Epsilon3 is the ability to follow along a procedure run from anywhere, as long as you and the people running the procedure have an internet connection. I also really like the ability to attach files to the procedure runs. Whenever I want I can go back to look at the data that was recorded from a procedure run that happened months ago. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Epsilon3?

The biggest downside I would say is the time needed to initially integrate Epsilon3 into processes. Creating procedures is pretty easy, but before you start actually using it its hard to know what you want the procedures to look like and how they should accomplish your tasks. Response from Max Mednik of Epsilon3

Thanks so much for the kind words!

"With some training, this tool is invaluable to our procedures"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Epsilon3?

Great response time between different users simultaneously executing the procedure. The editing process is great as well, as multiple people can work at the same time. Additionally, the comments/feedback option is good during peer review. Our company uses this software for many of our important procedures, and we have not had connectivity issues. Customer support also responds very fast and gives solutions that work. FInally, the desktop app is very conveninent when you want to get to epsilon fast, and the UI itself is pretty easy to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Epsilon3?

Some clunkiness when it comes to copy and pasting sections. We've had trouble in the past trying to make similar but slightly different tables, and we are unable to do a quick copy and paste like you would do in microsoft word or excel. Building in "loops" for steps can also be an issue, as there is a bit of a convoluted process using conditionals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Max Mednik of Epsilon3

Thanks, Marc! You can now do copy/paste using standard keyboard shortcuts (or blocks, steps, and sections)! I hear you on the conditionals; we want to make that easier in the future.
